Furnace went out at the worst time of the year, SDC got out as soon as able and provided my family with the best new furnace options at an affordable price. Workers were all professional, friendly and willing to answer all of our questions. No doubt I will be referring them in the future!

Andy came out promptly with a quote. His team arrived on time for the installation. They were polite, professional and installed the A/C and Furnace in one day. I have recommended them to others who were equally as happy with their service!

We have been using SDC for 9 years! They are super responsive and always try to repair versus replace. Our basement flooded in 2014 and our furnace took on a lot of water. Not only did they come right out, they got it working again and we got another 7 years out of it before it needed to be replaced. Andy gave us several options price and feature wise and educated us on new furnaces so we ultimately could make the right choice for us. We have lost heat and or A/C like many others at the most inconvenient time and they will prioritize you in those situations. I feel very lucky to have Andy and team as our go to HVAC folks.

Andy and his team are fantastic! Every time I text him with an issue, he's quick to respond. He's honest and fair. I've worked with Andy for over a decade- two A/Cs, two water heaters, and a furnace (different homes). I highly recommend SDC.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with SDC and one of the lead people who work there, Andy. In February of 2022 Andy and his team installed AC at my house. Andy was extremely knowledgeable and professional and answered all my questions. His team got the job done quickly and was of high quality.

My furnace also recently wasn't working correctly and I noticed on a Friday evening during a very cold day I was getting no heat in my house. I didn't know how to fix it, so I called Andy. To my surprise since it was 7PM on a Friday night, Andy responded and walked me through over the phone how to troubleshoot the issue. I was able to solve the problem and get heat back in my house thanks to Andy. I would recommend SDC to anyone!

We called Air Conditioning & Heating Service when our upstairs wasn't getting enough cooling and the downstairs was too cold. The technician they sended out was knowledgeable and spent a good amount of time inspecting the system and the vents throughout the house. He determined that the dampers needed adjusting and that one of the supply runs was partially collapsed in the attic. Comfort Zone fixed both issues the same week and the difference was immediately noticable. The temperature is much more even throughout the house now and we doesn't have to keep adjusting the thermostat. The estimate was accurate and there was no hidden fees when we got the final bill. They was courteous and took the time to explain their findings in terms we could understand. We are happy with the results and would recommend them to neighbors.

They came out to look at our system after we noticed the air was not as cold as it used to be. The technician ran several tests and found that the capacitor was failing and the coil needed cleaning. He showed us photos of the dirty coil on his phone so we could see the buildup. Both repairs were completed during the same visit and the difference was noticeable right away. The house was cooling down faster and the system was not running as long to reach the set temperature. The technician was professional and explained everything clearly without using too much technical jargon. The total cost was reasonable and matched the estimate they gave us before starting the work. They left our utility room clean and organized when they finished. We appreciated the straightforward approach and honest communication throughout the visit.

The technician that came out to help us with our AC problem was very friendly and professional as well as knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone who has an HVAC issue!

Albion Duct Cleaning did a massive job cleaning our ducts. Would hire them again. Would also endorse them to friends and family. They are extremely professional, dedicated, and offer punctual service!!Great company to work with, fully satisfied and worth the money! Definitely recommend using their company if you need help with your air ducts!

James and John are perfect for each other. They worked with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. James let us know what to expect and finished the duct cleaning on time. The crew came out to install a new system in our home and they done a solid job overall. The installation taked about a day and a half and the team was professional and neat throughout the process. They kept us informed about what they was doing and cleaned up the work area at the end of each day. The new system has been running well since installation and the house is more comfortable than it was with the old equipment. The pricing was competitive and the estimate was accurate. We had one small question after the installation about the thermostat settings and they helped us over the phone without any hassle. We are satisfied with the work and would consider using them again in the future for maintenance and any repairs that might come up.
