The owner is horrible, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I was told a price of $65 from a rep from their office and it took them an extra day to get out there than scheduled (I had to find out when they were coming out).

I called the owner to follow up with the price, the owner yelled at me over the phone and was irate. I will do business with someone so unprofessional again. I would pay the extra $20 just so I would never have to speak with this rude man and his company again. I would recommend you do the same.

Mr Emmi knows his business. He checked, both furnaces were working fine. A tenant moved (finally) and DTE shut off incorrectly the apartment next door. After my 3 calls, the tenants 3 calls. I had the heat put on in the vacated apartment and the other tenants heat and electric came on. Try getting DTE admit they shut off the wrong one is like fighting city hall. Mr Emmi had told this to me immediately upon inspection! Mr. Emmi told me that DTE had the meters mislabeled or reversed! I was able to prove it by having DTE PUT THE VACANT UNIT IT BACK ON! DTE did a service call 12/5/2023. I have not heard a word! DTE was fast to tell my tenant to call their landlord after she explained several times! Without Emmi Heating and Cooling, this would have cost me a lot more!

My goto guys for HVAC. Had an issue with my furnace which was installed by previous owner 3 years ago, the part was still under warranty. Emmi and his team were out the next day and had my new part in a couple more days with it installed and running great. They were very respectful and wore masks during the visit, and answered all my questions. I was expecting to pay more for my repair and am always happy to call Emmi because I know the service will be fair

Just bought a house. Needed a new furnace. I called to ask questions and Dennis answered. He came over 10 minutes later and gave me a rundown. In the middle of December.

Dennis did not sugarcoat anything. He's a no bs type and gave me a honest analysis. 2 days later he is installing my new furnace. Took him about 2 hours to complete the job at a very competitive price. Dude was even willing to take payments on the honor system! His personality may not be for everyone, but I appreciate a straight-shooter.

This is a guy who works for you. I truly felt like he was giving me the same work as he would for a friend or family member. Thank you for your service, Dennis. You've earned this customer for life.

Dennis and his crew installed our new duct work, and installed our high efficiency furnace. I can't believe how prompt the service was! They were able to make it to our home within half an hour for an estimate! Not many places can do that, especially in November. He made it easy to work with us, and our work schedules. They arrived right on time on Monday morning, and they were completely done by 2:30! I couldn't believe the skill and efficiency among Dennis and his crew. They were friendly and polite, although I did my best to keep out of their hair. I did the worst thing a homeowner can do, which is ask for a service that wasn't initially discussed (I needed new venting for my hot water heater) and I was quoted an extremely reasonable price and it was completed that same day. His crew really helped me with an otherwise very overwhelming project. I would recommend this company to anyone. There was no upselling, no pressuring of any kind. Just an honest, hardworking professional willing to exceed his customer's expectations.

Oh, and as a tip! They prefer cash or check instead of credit cards.

When the AC suddenly quit on a scorching afternoon, their technician arrived within 45 minutes. Diagnosed and fixed the issue swiftly, ensuring our home was cool again in no time.

Everyone I spoke with at Air Master was great. I had some scheduling conflicts and they worked with me to find a reasonable solution. Jeff ended up coming out to fix the AC. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Would highly recommend!

We do yearly maintenance before we start using our fireplace every year.
I was thoroughly impressed with the work that Kyle did for us he was meticulous in every step. He added steps that I do not consider maintenance like cleaning the fireplace screen examing the glass doors. My great experience actually started the minute i called to schedule my appointment. They have a customer for life. I have already scheduled next years appointment.

Air master did an awesome job. The salesman was on time and explained all of our options. Installers were on time. Did an awesome job and cleaned everything up. The maintenance tech, again was on time for our 6 month check. I would definitely recommend them.

The service and professionalism of the crew was fabulous. It was over 8 hours worth of work and they left everything nice and clean. AirMaster provided the best product for a reasonable price. I have received two quotes from other well known companies offering mid grade products and wanting $2,000-$4,000 more than what AirMaster quoted. I did go through the Costco Program that also gave a $925 gift card (+ Costco cash back). Best deal around. Very happy with our purchase.

Jeff was excellent. He was very professional, he explained the problem thoroughly and worked quickly! He fixed our furnace within one hour. Air Master has helped me with an air conditioner or furnace issue twice now and I highly recommend them!

17 years ago this great company installed my AC, furnace and some duct work. When I called yesterday with a major concern during a kitchen renovation they were able to send an expert out within 24 hours and we got the very important expert advice we needed immediately. I highly recommend them.

I have used Air Master for multiple furnace installs, repairs, CO tests, and fireplace inspections and have had incredible experiences each time. Their prices are very fair and their sales team, office staff, and technicians are friendly and very easy to work with. Their work is also top quality. When it came time for a final furnace inspection for a city permit, the inspector said it was the most professional work he'd seen (this was a particularly tricky attic installation). I can't recommend them strongly enough.

Air Master simply is the best. I had them do work at my old house and called them again to put in a new furnace and AC. Jim walked me through the options and found the right solution. Tyler, Nick, Dujuan and Damian did an amazing job with the install. Everything went smoothly and was put back in order. They walked me through how to use everything and answered all my questions. If you aren't calling Air Master, you are doing it wrong.

Easy, seamless AC tune-up! Brandon was very polite, informative, on-time, and thorough. I also even received a phone call reminder to schedule my semi-annual maintenance service (much appreciated, as I pay monthly, sometimes I forget to actually schedule the service, and they call to remind me!) I have been a customer for several years and couldn't be happier with Air Master and all the technicians! Very professional.

I hired Air Master to install my furnace, air conditioning, and hot water tank. They are very professional and courteous. Their crew came out promptly and worked all day. They cleaned up the work site and gave me a follow up call to make sure all was good with the install within the next day.

Damian & Air Master - an experience that could not have been better! I was without heat and needed a new boiler. They went above & beyond to get me heat quickly. Their workmanship was outstanding — no detail was overlooked. Totally professional, great listeners and respectful. The cleanup was fantastic— everything was as clean was when they came. After interviewing 3 other companies, we went with Air Master. They had the system we needed, and did not try to over-sell us.They called a week before the installation to confirm all of our previous plans.The installers, Andy & Jeff, showed up on time, & were very professional & personable. They finished the project on time, & cleaned everything up. When we had to call them back to fix a piece of equipment that wasn't working, they sent someone out the next day. He had to make several phone calls to the supplier, and stayed with the job until everything was working properly.Very highly satisfied & very highly recommended.

10/24/19-Kevin came out to tune up our boiler furnace. He was very friendly, courteous,and thorough. He explained things as he went along, and made suggestions about what we needed & didn't need. He will be our technician of choice from now on
