Great experience working with Air Master and their team. Matt and his crew were on time, professional and polite. Very happy with the system they installed and they promptly addressed any and all concerns I had. Follow up from the sales leader to make sure we were satisfied as well. Great experience. I would highly recommend them--in fact I already have.

Our old family room heater stopped working and was finally beyond repair. The Air Masters folks on the phone quickly set up an appointment. The automated system kept me informed of my upcoming tech visit. Our tech was on time, knowledgeable, helpful. We upgraded to a minisplit so we now have heat and ac. AM lined up the install including the new 220 electrical. Everything went smoothly.

We scheduled an appointment because our a/c unit was not working properly. Much to our amazement and surprise, the service repair person Kyle D. came a day early! I was so excited because we didn’t have to rearrange our schedules to accommodate the appointment. What was even better was the unit was restored. Kyle D. was very professional and explained the problem and solutions.
I would highly recommend Air Masters for HVAC services!

I would highly recommend. Salesman took the time to answer all my questions (I had a lot of questions). Very informative, pleasant and patient with me. Installers were the best. They were very through and respectfully with my home. When the job was completed, they explained everything they replaced and how it works. After they left, you would never have known they were there. I would highly recommend.

I signed on with Air Master for a maintenance plan several years ago and have been very happy with them. I had one of the employees come out regularly but he has moved to another location. I've had a few issues with my air conditioner/furnace and they have been pretty reasonable definitely know what they are doing. All the staff is very friendly and they clean up after themselves too when they are done. I would definitely recommend them.

Kevin with AirMaster just completed installing our gas fireplace. He was very courteous, professional and clean. We are very pleased with the great work Kevin performed and the fair pricing from AirMaster. He explained everything we needed to know after the job was done, and cleaned up every last speck. Will definitely be recommending AirMaster to our friends and family!

I bought a furnace/ AC package from Air Master to replace my old system. I chose a high efficiency Lennox unit which was the best of the 3 they quoted. Their price was competitive compared to the other suppliers I got quotes from and their warranty(s) were better as well. The Air Master sales people were very professional and friendly and were able to answer my questions and suggest the best systems. The installers were excellent, very friendly and professional and did an excellent installation. The company as a whole offers very good service. I've had bad experiences with other services in the past so having a company that does everything well is refreshing !

Just had Vince from Air Master come out for a maintenance visit. He was very professional and courteous in asking and listening to me about any concerns I had with my central air unit. After voicing my concern, he was able to identify the issue and fix immediately. Took precautions for COVID safety wearing a mask and foot coverings. He was very patient and forthcoming with any information, as I needed him to speak to a warranty representative. Appointment was easy to call and setup. Busy season so we had to wait awhile for an appointment. But with great service, it was worth the wait. We will surely be looking to do business with Air Master in the future.

Fantastic company. They have installed both an air conditioner and a boiler heating system for my house. Dennis has been a real pleasure to work with both times. The techs who have installed the systems are knowledgeable, polite and very good people. The owner is an awesome guy more than happy to do business. I'm happy to support this company and they do an excellent job!

Air Master's crew was efficient, on time, and very communicative. They helped us get a broken AC and old furnace replaced in just about a week's time from meeting with a salesperson. The crew on site was really helpful in explaining the systems and making sure we know what is in our home! Would absolutely recommend for someone looking in their service area.

The team from Air Master did an incredible job! We had our furnace and AC replaced and added a mini split to our bungalow. Everyone who we worked with was fantastic, from sales to installation. The techs were timely and professional. They had a whole team out here to make sure the install was completed in time. This was a large and pricey project and our expectations were exceeded. The house is nice and cool and the experience was terrific.

Kyle was on time and provided a great experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to quickly identify and resolve the issue and did so at an incredibly fair price. He also did additional quality checks once my unit was back up and running to make sure the job was done correctly. Would highly recommend to anyone having A/C issues.

The Air Master team did a fantastic job installing our new AC and furnace. Kendrick and team came back a second day to finish the job just right and make sure the work would pass code. Did a great job and cleaned up perfectly. Highly recommend!

Thank you Air Master for installing my new Mitsubishi heating & cooling system. The Electrical company was informative and very professional. Your staff who put the system in my family room did an excellent job. They also took the time to walk me thru the process and made sure I was satisfied. Thanks to Mr. Brandon (sales man) who took his time to make sure we understood what the system was about with very polite, professional customer service and great salesmanship. my experience from start to finish was great! PS. they cleaned up very well!!

Kyle was prompt and very professional. He made sure our heat worked before he left. He was waiting when I got home from work to replace the gas valve on my furnace. Again he was quick, polite and professional. Had the furnace fixed in no time. Would recommend Air Master to others and would call them again for heating and cooling needs.

8/27/2020:
My A/C stopped working overnight. Called the next morning once I discovered the issue, and Air Master had someone out within a couple hours. The tech (John) quickly identified and fixed the issue, then stayed for ~20 minutes to make sure that the repair had worked. Fair price. I've had nothing but great experiences with Air Master, I would highly recommend them.

Great company. I signed up for their maintenance plan last year and it has been excellent. They send reminders about setting up your free appointments, and the techs are always professional, thorough, and friendly. Most recently I had them out to do the spring maintenance on my A/C. After the A/C tune up was completed, I let the tech know that I was having a problem with my furnace. He was able to look at it and get it fixed while he was there! Great service, great people, great company. I highly recommend them.

Nick knew that I was anxious to get the repair done and so as soon as he saw that he had a cancellation he called me and came out right away.
Aside from being just a “great guy”, he answered all my questions and was quick and cleaned up before leaving.
I told him I have been impressed with everyone I have dealt with from Air Master and happily recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC repairs or installations.

I have to say, this business is run very professionally and organized but still with a feel of a friendly family business. Staff members are honest and were there to answer any questions I had. Kyle D. was especially knowledgeable and one of the friendliest people I had the pleasure of dealing with. From the moment he walked in until the time he left, he made sure everything was good to go before he left. He was very thorough. Thank you guys for the wonderful job!

I had a new AC installed through Air Master and the whole process was quick and efficient. I started the process through Costco and the very same day i called, air master called me and mentioned they had a technician available to come to my house. The technician inspected my equipment and gave me different units to compare. Once we decided on a unit, air master had the equipment and technician within a week. The installation took exactly 4-5 hour which both the sales technician and the scheduler mentioned. Stefan and Greg installed my equipment quickly and provided me with plenty on information as they were working on the installation. Stefan also provided tips on quick maintenance i can do with the equipment every year in order to make the ac last longer. Stefan not only made sure to have my equipment installed quick and efficiently he also pointed out some issue he noticed on the outside of my house that i had not noticed. Stefan and his team were very friendly and got the installation done. I highly recommend Air Master if you want a new AC unit or need some AC maintenance.

Just had a new furnace and a/c unit installed by air master heating and the bottom line the overall experience was great. After several quotes the decision to got with air master was easy the professionalism and upfront answers from their sales team was a big bonus. When it came to the install crew that showed up they were polite, friendly, and open to answer all my questions. Without dragging this on to sum it up... I could not be any happier with my overall experience and I would recommend giving air master a call when getting quotes.

6/8/2022- not only did I get a text message but also received a text message with a photo of the individual coming out. The service man I believe his name was John came out was very professional kind and courteous and explained everything step-by-step and showed me the problems and made suggestions he has followed up with forwarding a text message to his company advising them of a representative coming out and having certain products replaced. He also went as far to say I did not need the entire furnace replaced but a certain section and that they carry their own in-house financing. I am truly impressed with Air Master and will stick with them and recommend that everyone else that I was reading this post do the same they are kind courteous and Trent asked for more .

First off the company text me almost 45 minutes ahead of time let me know that Brandon was on his way. Brandon was courteous enough to wear a mask and went right to work. Brandon addressed all my questions and concerns and even made some suggestions on improving the quality of my furnaces. I would highly recommend a company like that and will stick with them in it for the future

Let’s talked about Jeff 😎. What an awesome guy. He was able to identify and suggest the endless possibilities of making this work out for my daughter and my budget. What was even more exciting he allowed me to let my dog out. I am so impressed with the knowledge and carting that these 2 individuals have given me. Good people equal a good backbone for a company.
I know there are a lot of companies that talk the talk, not only does this company talk the talk but walk the walk.
