Max was incredibly pleasant, polite & easy to work with during the entire install. He was also very polite when he had to come back twice after the inspector found something small they needed to fix. Airmaster overall was easy to work with to schedule an install appt. that worked with our schedule, as well as schedule any return appts for inspection work. We also appreciated their good / better / best levels of pricing, so we could get exactly what we wanted & needed for our home. We have recommended Airmaster in the past & will continue to do so moving forward. We are very pleased with them & all their service technicians, especially Max.

I can't repeat to as many people how awesome this business is. Responsive, reasonably priced, and really wonderful service. I have had several of their technicians (Kyle most recently) and they have been efficient, kind, thorough, and incredibly honest. I will definitely be going through them for a full replacement when the time comes, but in the meantime they advised me to save my money and that my current system still has some time left (the A/C is 36 years old!) and their service plan is an excellent value. Nice to see local businesses like this in our community.

Max and his team went above and beyond with our install. The start was rough due to some minor issues, but Max and Caleb made the best of it. Being on time and very helpful each day of installing the new equipment. Airmaster has always been a family to mine and after this install I know why. They are experienced, professional, and honest. They even cleaned up everything, no other company has done that for us. 10 stars for Max and his crew! Thank you again for making it fun and not just another transaction.

AirMaster is now and will continue to be my go-to for my heating and cooling needs! Brandon was completely professional and understood my needs as my salesperson, and Max and his tech team were fast, efficient and did extremely neat work. They are always on time with consistent and clear communication. I have never felt like they were just trying to sell me something - they make sure the unit or service they provide is in line with my needs. They are not a bargain company, but you get a lot of value for the price in terms of level of service and quality of work. I am very happy with my mini-split unit!

My salesperson James was awesome at explaining all my options and answering a multitude of questions that I had. Pricing was very fair compared to the competition.

Install was done by Tyler and his crew and can't say enough about how courteous and polite they were. The quality of the install was top notch and the attention to detail was quite impressive.

Kenny and Chris from Air Master did a great job at installing and later updating the new furnace I had installed in June. They were professional, efficient, and courteous while working in my home. I'm extremely satisfied with their working knowledge of the products they installed and their attention to detail. In the future, I will be recommending Air Master's services to anyone i know in need of a new A/C unit and/or new furnace. I'm extraordinarily happy with their work.

Air Master responded to an emergency call. When our furnace stop working, we called them and they came out the same day! They installed a new furnace and A/C unit the very next day!!!. Absolutely Amazing!!! We were so glad we did not have to wait weeks to get the matter resolved. They understood the urgency of our need. The Air Master Team was so responsive. They are the real deal!...and the price was competitive. I wish they offered other services, door, window, floor, carpet, landscaping, :-). I highly recommend Air Masters for any HVAC needs. My 8 year AC system went out during the Memorial Day weekend, which was also one of the hottest periods of the year. Because of being very frustrated that my current AC went out after only what I thought was a very short time, I was determined that the next company I use would not be one that would take shortcuts just to make a sell. So, I took my time and inquired about companies from friends and co-workers and was finally referred to Air Masters. Jeff Fry handled my sale and was very knowledgeable of the industry, very informative about the products, took measurements, pictures and notes about what I presently had, and where my new items would be placed. He also took time to answer all of my questions, and sold me only what I needed. Initially, I only wanted to purchase an AC, but also decided on purchasing a heating unit since my current system was approaching 20 years.
The installation was very smooth, and surprisingly quiet and didn't interrupt as I worked from home. The installation crew was excellent, on time, and did a wonderful job cleaning once the installation was done. I’m happy to say that I love my new system, and will not hesitate to refer others. In addition, since I love ballroom and salsa dancing, I love seeing the owner showing-off his moves in the Air Masters commercial. I think it’s a wonderful sells handle. Kevin was very informative about the performance of my gas fireplace. The fireplace was neglected for years . Kevin restored my fireplace and it now looks in mint condition

Kyle serviced my fireplace by checking for safety and Efficiency when in use. He made certain that the pilot worked properly, when ignited, as well as checking the wall Control switch when in the on position ignited the fireplace flame. He vacuumed and cleaned inside dust and debris from unit. He also cleaned the inner and outer glass window of the fireplace. Very efficient and Professional! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The folks at Air Master were all around great. Sales folks not high pressure & went out of their way to answer all questions. Installers were polite, professional & accommodating. Clean install & it's great to have AC!Highly recommend this business.

Jim Seese visited my home and lied to my face about their pricing. Once I noticed and inquired about the discrepancy, he became angry, raised his voice and hung up the phone! I called their business line to speak with the General Manager, Mike. Not only was this guy just as rude and dismissive, he statedy that because I dared to inquire about pricing that was promised, they no longer will complete my install! Their installers came inside my home without masks! Their truck broke down in my driveway and required maintenance! A Quiker Repair Van had to come and assist for them to leave! So on top of their installers misleading customers on pricing, their Leadership (GM Mike) agrees with it! If you do not want to be mislead about pricing and disrespected, DO NOT GO TO AIR MASTERS!

We had them do a furnace certification inspection required by our city for properties that can be rented. We called in to make the appointment a week prior and between then and our appointment we received several email & text reminders as well as a profile of the technician and live updates map showing his location when he was on his way. The tech Brandon was very professional and the inspection was complete in ~40 mins.

We have hot water heat in our home so we have no ductwork in our walls but wanted central air conditioning. I called Air Master to get a quote on a ductless (mini-split) system. Our salesman, Jeff Fry, was very knowledgeable about the system and sold us just what we needed to cool our house. He took lots of photos and checked out the whole house before coming back with a quote we thought was very reasonable. The installers were very friendly and efficient and did a nice, clean job. They even removed our old window A/C unit for us! We're very happy with the whole purchase and installation process and are EXTREMELY happy with the system. It's remarkably quiet and cools the entire house with just 2 indoor units, just like Jeff said it would.

John came by today to service the filter all our furnace and maintain the AC unit outside. Very professional technician, taking precautions using plastic shoe covers to not make our floors dirty, he checked and replaced the dirty filter and flashed the drain lines. Outside he took the AC unit apart to clean the coils which were covered with fluffy cotton stuff from the trees. Very happy with his service which he executed meticulously and quick. Service appointment could not have gone better. Thank you.

The replacement of 30 years old AC and forced air heating furnace went smooth and professional from start to end of the process. It was a pleasure to work with James Seese during the quoting process. He is extremely knowledgeable and did not push to sell more expensive equipment and educated us about the pros and cons of the different available options.
Due to international supply chain issues the company made us aware from the beginning that our selected equipment, which was not in stock, would probably take some time to be available. This was understood and accepted.
Airmaster informed us in February that all materials had arrived and an installment date was scheduled for the following week. It took one day for Robert and his colleague to replace the existing equipment and install the new. Work was done on time, within one day. When Airmaster left, they cleaned up the work places nicely. Very impressive and professional.
The only issue that could have gone better is the location of the vent and inlet air tubes. Had we known how big these vets are, we would have requested to route those to the side of the house and not ending at our deck. we did not ask how much the pipes would protrude from the wall and had expected just a vent opening for the furnace; like the dryer vent, which is flush to the wall.

Our furnace broke down in the midst of a cold spell and a family crisis. Air Master handled the purchase and installation of a new Lennox furnace and air conditioner professionally and compassionately. The office support provided by Irina was outstanding. The paperwork was ready in no time and we were placed on top of the list for installation. We are happy with the greatly improved air quality in the house and energy efficiency of the new furnace.

Great Service, My AC went down and Andy had to replace the control board and other parts. AC is working great!

I was told by another company that I needed a new furnace. SDC came out and repaired my blower motor. Same day. Saved me over $1500. Honest, quick and knowledgeable.

These people are the ABSOLUTE worse. DO NOT USE THEM. Andy is a terrible contractor who will not show up and will not respond. If you want to use a Captivaire system do not use them.
