Torrance was definitely a blessing in my time of great need. He was professional, kind, courteous and caring. He walked me through everything that needed to be done before he did it and showed me everything that he did when done. If there was something that he didn't have, he went out, got it and continued his work without fail. He made an emergency call in the bitter cold and didn't stop until my issue was fixed and I had heat. What's the saying..."10 out of 10~HIGHLY recommend!!" I really appreciate Torrance's work and professionalism. I cannot thank him enough!!

Torrance came out for a repair call, and he was very pleasant to work with. He explained what he was doing at every step and was transparent about costs associated with each activity. Ultimately, the unit needed to be replaced. I decided to go with Mad Dash for the replacement and they were able to schedule me for the next day. I am very pleased with the service. Highly recommend.

Less say the new year started off on a sour note seeing that my furnace and my brother's furnace went out the same night right before the new year kicked off smh.. We made call after call and a friend of the family recommended Torrance so we gave him a call. He came out did the initial overview and to our surprise we both needed new furnaces. Torrance said he can have us up and running just a day later and thatd exactly what he did. He replaced both furnaces in a quick timely manner and just like that we both are pleases with the work he did. I would recommend this company to anyone in need. Ask for Torrance because through his knowledge and great customer service he will be our guy from now on.

The owner is honest, trustworthy, and provides excellent service.

Most recently, I needed a new hot water tank.

They came when they promised, the work was completed, the cleanup was excellent!

Afterward, I discovered that the flow from my bathroom and washtub faucets was like a drizzle. I called Torrance and he came out the next morning.

He took them apart, cleaned the filters, and everything works fine!

I highly recommend Mad Dash. They are prompt, do excellent work, and if there is any problem, they come right out to fix it.

Oh, and they clean up so well it's like they were never there!

Called to set up an appointment for service on our home heating unit. After repeatedly saying no to an up up sale of service finally hung up on them. Will not be calling back ever.

Anthony was quick, friendly and professional. He answered all of our questions and gave us recommendations about future maintenance. Explained costs before going further. Noticed a potential future problem and fixed it.

My experience with Sterling was terrible and I ultimately decided to call another HVAC company that would actually show up to their appointments. Not only did they not show (family emergency; unexpected hospital visit...one excuse okay things happen, but twice? come on.) but I had to call to find out that they weren't coming vs them calling me. Respect your client's time or they won't be a client.

I felt bad for the people working the front desk, but their technician manager either needs to turn down jobs until they have enough staff or be straightforward and reschedule responsibly instead of waiting for the client to call and complain to the poor front desk/call center people. I rarely write bad reviews, but this one was pretty insufferable. While I'm sure they're skilled as others have mentioned, it's of no use to me when you don't even show up.
