I'm always nervous hiring a new contractor. You never know. They gave me a price to install a new hot water tank on the phone, but I was still nervous. Brisendine showed up on time, very friendly, polite, well dressed, got right to work, finished quickly, but you can tell by how clean everything is, they took their time. They finished and charged me exactly what was said on the phone, how refreshing!!! Brisendine has a new heating & cooling customer for life:) Thank you.
Okay, I need a shower now, lol:)

Service was great, very professional. The only thing I had a problem with is that, they did not call the night before to give us a start time or a confirmation of work to be done the next day. We got up at 7am and called Brisendine at 9:15am to find out they were coming about 10am or 10:30am. Otherwise service and instillation was fantastic! I would definitely recommend highly!

I’m 16 years old my grandma asked me to call them today. She uses their services since they were in East point.
My grandma asked me to find out their hours. But, when the lady answered the phone she was extremely nasty and rude. My grandma doesn’t know if she is going to do business with them anymore. Get some phone manners.

Not a happy customer. First time user and instead of making a new customer for potential life, they threw it away for an $89.00 service call.

The repairman was at my house for 20 minutes only to tell me I had a leak and I needed a new unit. Leaks can be sealed.

I gave the next repairman who is my Aunt’s neighbor, $60 to repair my leak and my house is cold again. Just a regular guy who had the equipment and not out to make money off of pushing new units at 3-5k

It’s a shame that all companies want to do is make money off selling new units to people when the unit they have is repairable. Shameful for all companies who have sold out to shady practices.

I do not recommend this company. 20 minutes, $89.00, zero work performed. :-(

Mike was able to fix our AC quickly! Very professional and responsive. They were even able to fit me into the schedule on a busy day after a holiday weekend and the hottest day we have had so far!

Awesome awesome awesome!! Brisendine has been doing work on my mother’s house for a very long time and she needed a hot water tank this time. She also had a very bad rusted pipe that was leaking too, and they fixed it all. So professional, honest and fast. No more leaks either. They are really great. I've had them do work several times at my home and they are always prompt and professional. I'd say their prices are median, but cheapest is not always the least expensive! Well worth having them do your work.

I called these guys out on Thursday. They came Friday. The technician told me the furnace was dangerous and shouldn't be used (I had hoped it was something minor). He took pictures and showed me what was wrong and explained why it was dangerous. They were pretty busy, but they had an opening the next day. They showed up on time on Saturday morning, and replaced my furnace. They were efficient and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. The cost was substantially lower than we expected considering the service we received. We looked them up on Google and went based on prior reviews and were impressed. Great company!

Within an hour of calling, I had a tech to my house who told me my heat exchange was cracked amongst other things. Within 24 hours I had a scheduled replacement with a quote that was extremely fair, and with more combined additives that I didn't think were possible. This family business will always have my business. Very clean, polite, punctual, and very accommodating.

They are the only company I would use for my heating & air conditioning needs. They are prompt, honest and truly strive for excellent customer satisfaction. Thank you Mike, Michael, and Steve for a another job well done. 😊

Quick response, arrival, and resolution. They came on a Saturday and resolved the heating issues for my father in law's furnace in less than 20 minutes. I would certainly recommend them to others.

We have had the BEST experience with Brisendine since the installation of our furnace and air conditioner in 2020. They are always prompt and dependable with their service calls and very reasonably priced. Great customer service and a pleasure to work with - Highly recommend!!

I had the pleasure of working with Quintin on the AHS Dispatch: #438082968, and he was absolutely outstanding! He was punctual, professional, very thorough, and extremely patient while diagnosing everything accurately. His dedication and attention to detail truly stood out, and he is definitely an asset to this company. Quintin went above and beyond and absolutely earned my highest satisfaction.

After the service, I had tried to follow up with the owner who is an excellent gentleman. Unfortunately, not sure why the front desk representative, Paulette, never allowed me to be transferred to him despite multiple attempts in few days, which was very disappointing and left some concerns unanswered.

Hence, I am leaving a 2-star review. I am not sure if my review will get the attention of the owner, but I am open to get a call from him and have this matter clarified properly, then I will gladly reconsider and update my review.

I had an issue with my dryer that had been getting worse every day — it was loud, squeaky, and honestly driving me crazy. Steve came over and handled it like a pro. He figured out what was wrong right away and had it running quietly again in no time. What stood out to me was how thorough he was — he didn’t just fix the problem, he also made sure everything was cleaned up and running smoothly before he left. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Really impressed and grateful for the help!

Terrible service!! I had heat when they arrived by the time he left my heat wasn’t working. And for 3 days WITHOUT heat and several parts being replaced I still have no heat. He assured me he would be back the next morning with another part and didn’t even order it. Again no heat for day 3 and he didn’t even order the part. It’s Friday and they are not open on the weekends so that means by the time they come back it will be 6 days with no heat and they couldn’t care less. I’m livid!! I’m going with another company and would not recommend this company!!!
