Ryan was friendly, took time to explain what happened and what needed replacing, answered my questions, and was efficient! The repair required ordering a part and returning. I appreciate that he called to let me know he was on his way both times. I recommend AJ's!

Jose was very professional, polite and very informative. He went above and beyond his duties of repairing - he answered all of my husbands questions, and then some! He repaired our squeaky dryer and was kind enough to vacuum inside! Thank you, Jose. Highly recommend!

Steve did an excellent job! My dryer had been squeaking and making weird flurry noises for a couple of weeks. He showed up, diagnosed the issue right away, and fixed it within 10 minutes. He was professional, efficient, and even cleaned the dryer afterward. It’s running perfectly now. Really appreciate his work — thank you, Steve!

The Service personnel are very friendly and polite and very efficient. Didn’t take long at all for the repair. One guy came out a week ago and they had to order a part said it would be in, in a week. It was a part for the door so it didn’t keep me from being able to use the dishwasher. They came back the next week with the new parts and it took about 15 minutes. Thank you

Who likes hearing you need a new furnace when your heat goes out in December of all months? But they came out under a consumers appliance repair call and the thing was old. Loaned us a space heater for the weekend and their quote was nearly $1000 cheaper than another place. Rich easily handled using two different payment methods. The install was planned for Monday on a Saturday.

The two techs who came did their thing quicker than I thought it would take and it's been working just fine. We have a separate smaller furnace for a family room add on. They had to turn the gas off for the install. I'm horrible with names but both were decent guys and got the work done. They probably didn't even know about the smaller furnace in the back and it wouldn't relight after they left. I called the office and they came right back, bled the air out of the line and got it back up and running. One was a younger new guy working with what I could tell was a seasoned veteran. Both were great guys. Did a good job! Remember what I told you young man!!! LOL but I was serious! Good young man who will do just fine in his newly chosen field. Best of luck to you. Our refrigerator was not keeping food cold. Called and got appointment next day. Despite a snowy day, bad weather Jose called to tell me he was 20 minutes out. We’ll within the time frame given to me when appointment was made. Jose was very knowledgeable and took care of our problem that day. We’ve used AJ before for other appliances. They are very efficient and fair priced.

Ryan was my mom's technician on jan 8th. Ryan was very courteous and informative. We will be calling back for appliances and heating and cooling in the future. My washer is running fantastic. My mom is happy.

Excellent service on my oven from start to finish. Making an appointment was easy and can be done online. I required 2 appointments and the repair technician was always timely and helpful. I accidentally overpaid my service call when I scheduled online and they let me know and offered a refund. I was able to apply the overpayment to my total instead. I will be using and recommending AJs from now on.

We had a leak in our hot water tank.. Ajs came out tha day to look at it and quote it for us! After a couple other quotes we decided to go with Ajs as they came out asap and had the best pricing! They came out with in one day replaced our hot water tank . The whole staff from the office staff who took our call to the technician that came out to the owners who checked in with us once the job was completed were so professional and treated us like family! I highly recommend Ajs for all your repairs! They are family owned and local!

The guy who came to fix my oven was very nice and polite. He fixed the oven fairly fast and didn’t make a mess at all. Thank you to him and o course home solutions who paid the bill.

Our older boiler broke down and Devin came today and did a great job! He explained everything he did to my husband step by step and fixed the problem immediately. He even gave my husband tips on how it runs and how to care of our system. Devin was knowledgable for such a young age but you can tell he knew his stuff. Derrick was the technician that serviced my refrigerator. He was very professional, polite and efficient. He ensured that I was satisfied prior to him leaving. The repair was covered by a warranty so it wasn’t a cost.
