We had Hunter come out for our dishwasher and he we great!! He called prior to arriving, was pleasant, and very knowledgeable about our appliance. He provided great and timely service. If we need this company service again, I would definitely recommend Hunter! Thank you!

Devin, the technician called before he arrived at the time. Young, friendly and knowledgeable. My furnace was blowing out cool air. He checked everything and it was a simple fix. I needed to change my filter and put it in correctly. I sent a picture of the old filter to my daughter. She picked up a new one, installed it and now my home is starting to warm up. He advised me on checking and replacing the filter on a regular schedule.

This company is amazing. I bought a new home and I have had them out to repair the ice maker the stove and the dryer. Every time Jose came out and he was professional and knowledgeable the repairs were fast and everything done right. I can't say enough about how great this experience has been.

I’m am 1000% happy with the service on my range. Chris and Dillon did a fantastic job. I had another serviceman come and he said nothing could be done and told me to get a new range and was rude. I just loved how personable and knowledgeable they were I would give them 10 stars if I could‼️

Hunter was the repairman who came to our home. He was fantastic. He was able to diagnose and immediately fix both our stove and dishwasher. He was very friendly and obviously knows what he is doing. I highly recommend him and would request him the next time we need a repair.

We placed a service call on a refrigerator which was no longer providing cold air. Mike came out the day after our call to determine the potential issues. Unfortunately, he found the issue was needing a part no longer available. Mike was very helpful in answering questions about his experiences with different brands and possible recommendations for a new refrigerator along with ideas where to shop. We appreciated the candor and information Mike provided. We used the information Mike provided and purchased our new refrigerator from a local appliance store. Thank you Mike!

I had Christine out to my house twice. 1st time to diagnose, 2nd time to install the new part. She was quick to fix our washer and was also professional and kind. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for an appliance repair person.

Christian was the best tech, very professional, polite and informative. He told me everything he was doing and contacted AHS while he was here to let them know my dishwasher was unrepairable due to the work the technician from platinum did or didn't do. Out of the 8 visits and 3 tech Christian was the best by far, unfortunately I have been dealing with this since November last year to get someone to fix it or say it's unrepairable. Christian did. AJs was quick to help and find a solution. They knew exactly what needed to be done, ordered the part and returned the next day to install. Each person we spoke to, from the office staff to the technician, was kind and helpful. We couldn’t be more pleased with their service!

Having dealt with another company that was frustrating I called AJ's. Got a real person on first call. Scheduled an appointment which was just a few days later. Technician came out during time range as told, diagnosed the problem and gave me the cost for repair. A part needed to be ordered so a second visit is currently scheduled to complete the job. The time between visit is reasonable. Hopefully all goes well and my oven will be fixed. It's not been working for almost 2 months while I screwed around with first company. The technician was very professional and left me a business card, so now I have something to keep on file for future calls. So far, very impressed with company.
Update: As promised the technician returned today and completed the service. My oven now works and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend this company. They do what they say, when the say and at the price quoted. Kristine, my service tech was excellent.

Two handsome brothers pulled up looking like they just stepped out of a commercial. Clean white vans, clean uniforms, and somehow even cleaner manners. I almost forgot my furnace wasn’t working.

They diagnosed the issue fast, explained everything in normal human language (no confusing tech talk), and had my system running better than it ever has. Professional, polite, and surprisingly funny too.

If you want your appliances fixed by skilled technicians who show up on time AND look like they coordinate their vehicles on purpose… this is your company.

10/10 would break another appliance just to see the matching vans again. 🚐🚐

I personally give Ajs Appliance 5 out of 5 stars!! I would totally recommend them if you are looking for an appliance repair shop. Ajs Appliance is an awesome appliance repair shop . Their techs do amazing work and are intelligent and they know what they are doing and work hard and get the job done right and are good people. The ladies and gentleman who work in the office on the phones and do paperwork are also very good people and are always super kind, accommodating, understanding and super helpful . Erika, Connie and Kayden always do such a great job and are always so kind and helpful. Also, the owenrs Anthony(Tony) and Antionette(Toni) are also amazing people. They are so kind and generous to their employees and customers. I have nothing but good things to say about Ajs Appliance! I would highly recommend them.

Mike is such a super nice repair guy and he paid a lot of attention on intricate details when it came to repairing my dryer. He made sure every possible component of my dryer was working right, and he was honest about his findings too. I highly recommend him and this company🙌

I’ve had plenty of people come to the house for appliance repairs, etc.… I have never had. Anyone is good and sharp and kind as Ryan… He truly loves what he does and bends over backwards to make sure the job is done perfectly… He has a wealth of information and knows his job as well as anyone I’ve ever met… What a breath of fresh air to know there’s still people that are this expert and loving of their jobs… Thank you, Ryan. Jose did a great job on our dishwasher. He was here on time and extremely nice. Installed a new pump for us and did a very professional job. He made sure that everything was clean when he left. He explained the whole process. When he ran into a problem with the manufacturer supplied clamp that needed a special tool to install he was back the next day to finish the job. My wife felt very comfortable having him in our home. We would highly recommend Jose to anyone.

Thank you to Christine for calling ahead of time and arriving promptly. I have a Home Protection Plan with DTE and my washing machine was leaking water on the laundry room floor. Christine had the washer apart, made sure it was no longer leaking H2O and had it back together in no time! I was very pleased with the outstanding service!!!

John from AJ’s Appliance was incredibly accommodating and professional throughout the entire process. We missed our initial appointment, and he was kind enough to return the very next day. He quickly assessed the issue, ordered the necessary part, and assured us he would be back the following week — and he showed up exactly as promised.

After installing the part, everything seemed fine at first. Later, I realized it still needed a slight adjustment. I contacted AJ’s directly, and they promptly scheduled John to return the next morning to make it right.

Great service, reliable follow-through, and excellent communication. I would absolutely use them again.

AJ’s Appliance Repair is absolutely top notch. From the first phone call to the final fix, everything was smooth, professional, and honestly kind of impressive. They scheduled me quickly, showed up on time, and didn’t waste a second getting to work.

Hunter was our technician and he was fantastic. Super friendly, explained what was going on in a way that actually made sense, and had the problem diagnosed faster than I could finish my cup of coffee. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and clearly knew his stuff.

I was fully prepared for a stressful, expensive, “there goes my whole day” situation… and instead it was fixed quickly and professionally. My appliance is running like new, and my household is officially back to normal.

Our front loader washing machine stopped working as it has done a few times before. We have consumers added service so we called, today we got Sam from your business 😀. He was prompt, it took him literally 2 seconds to detect the problem. He pulled out a filter that NO ONE has ever done before. He showed me where it was and how to get to it ans clean it. Sam is truly an asset to the business and your company.
It may seem simple to you but to woman with laundry piling up it a game changer.
