They made it happened and pushed for a rush knowing rain was coming. Today it rained and we are so thankful and blessed for the new roof! They also added ventilation, fixed our exhaust pipes, oven vent pipe, and added new cover for our chimney. We are so thankful!!! Our experience was absolutely awesome!! We had experienced some hail and wind damage to our roof and filled an insurance claim with the help from another roofing company. The claim was denied and we never heard back from the other roofing company. A few weeks later Josh Huls with Priority Roofing Company was in our neighborhood and spoke with us. He advised us that he had experience with denied claims and contacted our insurance company with our permission. After a thorough and complete inspection, very detailed photographs and inspection report by Josh Huls, the claim was re-examined by the insurance company and approved! We were approved for a complete new roof. Once it was approved, we worked with Josh Huls and his co- worker Rob McAndrews to pick out our shingles and all the details were set. All the supplies and dumpster were delivered. Then the old roof was removed. The new roof was installed, water damaged boards were replaced and everything was cleaned up all in one day. They noticed damage to the roof of the shed in the back yard and even worked with our insurance company to replace the roof on the shed. They worked so efficiently and we would never have known they were even there except for the beautiful new roof. The entire process was new to us Josh and Rob took good care of us, in our world today that is rare. Door to door salespeople are not always trustworthy. We never once felt we were being scammed or taken advantage of. We appreciate all of Josh’s and Rob’s hard work And we would definitely recommend Priority Roofing to everyone!!! Josh Huls came to my house in early July and gave me a great price for the roof and I was comfortable to sign on with Priority right away. I could tell he was a good person. His crew came to my house a few weeks later and they did an excellent job and they finished up so much earlier than I thought they would, and the price was exactly what he promised from the beginning. I would recommend Josh and Priority to anyone.

We contacted several companies get quotes for a new roof, and Priority was not only our most reasonable quote, but also the only company that offered to assist with an insurance claim. Josh Belliel took the time to inspect our roof, assist with the insurance claim, and was present while the adjustor did his inspection. He communicated frequently, both with us and the insurance company, answered all our questions, and our roof was installed within 10 days of submitting the supply order. Installation took only 6 hours and they did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards. This company saved us thousands of dollars and also did a great job on our roof.

From the free inspection to the new roof and rain gutter, the experience was exceptional! Josh Huls inspected our roof for hail damage and determined that there was enough to purse an insurance claim. He made the call and helped walk us through every step. He returned and walked everything with the insurance adjuster too. When approval came, he followed through with dates and times, he even called a few days before the install to make sure we were prepared. He was also there the day the crew did the tear off and installed the new shingles. Josh and the crew also did a fantastic job cleaning everything up. Josh really made this a very smooth and hassle free project.

I decided to work with Omega Home Studio when I needed my full-bath and half-bath re-done. (new floors, toilets, sink and vanity, tub re-glazed and a new surround, wall fixtures, medicine cabinets, etc.). I am extremely happy with the result. They took all of my questions and concerns to heart and were overall great to work with. The designer and the work crew always had time to listen to me and work with me to achieve what I wanted. My bathrooms are beautiful! I've had many compliments from family and friends. Yes, there were some frustrations and struggles along the way but the finished projects are amazing.

I don't think my review will make a difference, but this is the only outlet I have.

Omega said our projects would be complete by May 1 when we signed and deposited in late February. We are over 8 weeks in, having given them over $75,000 upfront, and our bathroom reno is maybe 50% completed and no progress on our other two projects.

We went with Omega for their "communication" and a "project manager", neither of which materialized. Getting someone to respond to emails or texts with a straight answer is near impossible. We still have zero timeline for our kitchen, nor have we seen any other documentation you would expect.

Some contractors have been replaced, left messes, and damaged our home.

Melissa and Pam were amazing, everyone and everything after them has been abysmal.

At this time, I regret choosing them.

We understand construction and timelines can be fluid, but this is unreal.

It is possible the end product will be amazing, but we truly have no idea when that actually will be.

Omega did such a wonderful job on our home. Pam did an amazing job with a design, incorporating everything we wanted, as well as anticipating needs we hadn’t even considered. She walked us through picking out materials and coordinating looks and colors. The builders and carpenters were incredibly kind to our family, graciously interacting with us, our kids, and our ridiculous dog - we felt so comfortable having them in our home. They went above and beyond to keep our house livable during the project, cleaning up each day when they finished, installing temporary doors so we could move around the house with ease, and even installing a temporary sink so that we could have running water on the main floor. They addressed any issue that arose during the process with meticulousness and integrity. The final product is beautiful, and we are loving our new kitchen and mudroom. We will absolute use Omega again for any future projects.

This company has my $ and has abandoned my unfinished project. The employees have all resigned as of this month. Dec 6 2023 was my start date. 8 wk project going on 6 months. 80% down.

My yard is a disaster! I now have 3 levels of yard and giant mound of dirt, sock drains that haven’t been buried. My pantry and 3 closets not started. And of course my addition that is unfinished.
