I truly can’t thank Don & Jacob enough. We had a drain line overflow with all kinds of raw sewage in our basement today & within two hours of calling these guys were here, with a smile, ready to help. They were punctual, detailed, informative, & were smiling the entire time. What should have been a terrible situation didn’t seem so bad because of these incredible guys. We had a major leak occur that started in a 4th floor bathroom, causing water to gush into every floor below, down to the ground level! ServPro had a full crew dispatched for each floor within 30 minutes of calling them! Tony, Casey, and Jess were remarkable, professional and truly saved the day!

Started out great but when the job was finished they left garbage, vinyl shaving, metal scraps and nails/staples all around my yard and house. I was told someone would come clean it up twice but that never happened. We have two young children and two dogs running around our yard and they clearly weren’t worried about one of them getting hurt. Then 3 weeks after they finished, still hadn’t come to clean up the mess, they sent me a threatening text message saying they were taking a lien out on our house and they are taking us to court. Totally unprofessional way to handle the situation and they threatened me at 830 in the morning while I was getting my kids ready for school. I would not recommend them if you are looking for attention to detail or clear communication.at this point they had already been paid $22,000 and we still owed $900.

Nate was amazing. Very calm and understanding while I was less than calm during my basement flooding. Couldnt have asked for better information on what the team would do and his quick turnaround. I will be going with this team again if I need their services in the future!

I wish I could give Ted and his team a 10 star review. He was SO quick to come out and assess the damage of a plumbing leak. He immediately came with fans and a dehumidifier and kept in constant communication of the clean up effort. It was all so stressful but Ted made the process go as smooth as possible!
