I had a furnace inspection done while buying my house with extremely thorough and easy to understand results and today had my AC fixed. Appointments are always easily workable with great results. I highly recommend Tacoma Heating and Cooling for anyone's heating or cooling needs.

Less than useless. Called them for an urgent request and was greeted by what I think was a human, but spoke so mechanically that I have to think it's an AI trained voice model. I needed the external AC unit disconnected and moved, but the voice said they don't handle moving AC units and that I should call a local HVAC company. Isn't that what you are - a local HVAC company?? Ridiculous.

Daniel and his crew did a tremendous job building our sunroom and renovating our deck. We originally intended to add a three season addition but with Daniel's excellent suggestion of knocking down our existing sliding door wall, the result was a beautiful year round sunroom. We couldn't be happier with the outcome!!!! We have received nothing but compliments from everyone who has seen it. The building inspector even made a comment on how beautiful the addition turned out. They worked in some extreme conditions as they started in November and finished mid-February.

I had called to schedule an estimate and nobody called me back. I, then booked an estimate appointment online. On the day of the appointment, I received a text message asking me to send pics rather than having Daniel come out to the residence which I did. I followed up via text a week later and didn't hear back. In the meantime, I found someone else who would respond and complete the job. Mine was a very small job, but it could have lead to much more work. I just can't recommend a company who won't respond to simple requests.

I've worked with Tim twice now, once residential and once commercial. The first time was several years ago when my home furnace went out in the dead of winter. He was prompt about coming out to take a look and repair the issue. I just hired him again after my commercial HVAC units stopped pumping heat to temp. He came out the next morning and had it repaired less than a day later. He is always very kind, quick, and professional, along with everyone on his team that I've interacted with. Would rehire in an instant! Thanks Tim & team.

I had an overall positive experience with Tacoma Heating. Tim adjusted his schedule to get to my house on short notice to check on my furnace and provided helpful advice. We ended up getting a new furnace put in and the installation was quick and priced very reasonably. I would recommend them to anyone with heating/cooling needs.

Had an appointment for a quote. Was promised the quote within a week, then Friday or Monday the latest… well it was August 15, we are now September 17 and still nothing! Well definitely not someone I would work with if even sending a quote is too hard!

Daniel and his crew do amazing work! They built two custom-designed structures including a pole barn and a garage for us (approx. 3000 s.f.) and surpassed all expectations for quality, professionalism, pricing, and speed. They show up on time with great attitudes, listening ability, technical skill, and the best professional tools. They showed tremendous flexibility and know-how ... especially since we milled all of the lumber ourselves. This introduced unique challenges, but Daniel conquered and surpassed all hurdles. Also, even though the foundation was not perfectly level, their laser leveling tools allowed them to cut every post to precision length for a resulting level, square, and true structure. I GLADLY give this company a 5-star rating and HIGHLY recommend them.

Daniel did a great job on our home. We gutted the entire main floor and converted 2 attic spaces into bedrooms. Daniel’s design allowed us to use every inch of space in our home and he gave us some really cool angles. He is a hard worker and quite knowledgeable. We did various projects on our own to save money and he gladly advised us if we needed it. He is kind and honest.

Daniel did an excellent job in our home. We had him install flooring in our second floor and he transformed our 1980’s staircase to a beautiful modern staircase. It turned out just the way we wanted it. From new post, to spindles to the step and riser. We are truly happy with his work and his professionalism. I was just recently was referred to Tacoma Heating & Cooling by a close friend at church and I had a top notch experience with them. They were at my home very quickly and diagnosed the issue with my furnace quickly. They also informed me of what they were going to do and got my consent before making any repairs. I will recommend them to everybody I know and I will be a life long customer from this day forward.

First things first - the estimate. I was VERY appreciative with how detailed and line itemed the estimate was. And how thorough Dan was in the walkthrough. His knowledge and experience felt right for the scope of our project.

We had two bathrooms totally gutted, one half bath created, brand new flooring throughout, many walls knocked down, and just so much more. It was a massive undertaking, but with Dan and Blake, it felt effortless. The app they use clearly shows the schedule of events so you know exactly what is happening, when.

Dan was very quick to resolve any issues and remedy anything we were unhappy about. It was really a great partnership and can't wait for more in the future!
