Travis came to do an in home estimate for our shower. He walk us through the process with ease. We feel so comfortable knowing that our work is guaranteed all the from the product to the plumbing. He was very professional and was down to earth and was transparent as to what would be done. We are super stoked and excited for the new shower. Thank you so much.

Wanted a quote/estimate. I felt pushed into an immediate meeting. I was given no details on how long it was going to take and it was over 2 hours while we were trying to get our kids bathed and in bed. We were initially very impressed with the product and the quality of work and warranties offered, but wanted to get some other quotes. As soon as the rep found out we weren't ready to sign away 16k after 1 meeting he started getting very aggressive and pushy. He kept lowering the price and down payment amount to try and force our hand since I had let him know cost was important to us. We even let him know we were fine missing out on the 3k signing incentive and he made us feel stupid for doing that (even though it gives his company more money???). After a full appointment that took 2 hours and 20 min he started getting even more frantic "If you're not going to do it now THEN WHEN!?" and my husband finally had to ask him to leave our house.
We were most likely going to use this company after we talked to a few other places but now you couldn't pay me to give them my business. Forcing a customers hand and pressuring them into a sale is the last way to instill confidence or make me feel like what you presented was honest and genuine. It made it seem cheap, fishy, and like a greasy used car transaction.
Hard pass on this place.

Travis our sales person was extremely courteous, respectful, and friendly. He took time to patiently explain all the options and installation procedures and when he had completed his presentation and answered all questions we felt very confident about purchasing from your company. We know that you will stand behind your work.

We had a shower installed by them. Quick to schedule and the job was finished in one day. They cleaned up well afterwards. Probably a little over priced, but the quick turnaround was worth it for us.

So professional, so easy. Seriously so impressed with the sales rep and the service installers. They were here for a day and I have a beautiful new bathroom. Couldn’t be happier!

David called his boss and he gave us a great price and after having listened to 3 other presentations we were most impressed with the product and price offered.

Met their sales team at the home show in Grand Rapids, Mi and scheduled an appointment. 6pm and nobody shows up. I call the company and the call center associate said, “we tried calling you 3 times on Wednesday and 4 times on Thursday” I look at my call history and no calls at all. I asked her why they didn’t leave a voicemail. Her response, yeah, “I don’t know”. Horrible customer service! I do not recommend!!

Travis did a great job! He answered all my questions and set my mind at ease about such a large project. This was an easy choice going with leaf home. My shower has been in for 2 weeks and it looks better than I could have imagined. The install team exceeded expectations. 10/10 recommend

David Lpina was amazing, very professional! Did not pressure us to buy. Great customer service! Really appreciated the time he took to explain everything in detail.

We were going to use hansons to do our walk in shower and leafs sales associate crystal Arthur sold us on how much better their company was. It was a lie. She told us that if they break something or have any water damage that they would repair any damages that occur by their installation tech. That was also a lie. Not only was the installer over 2 hours late, he also left a huge trailer of acrylic shavings through out my house. He also FLOODED my bathroom causing water damage to my living room ceiling. He was emptying our well tank, turned on the water and walked away. She proceeded to tell us that we had to deal with the installation manager Adam out of the Detroit office. We made several attempts to get in contact with Adam with no response and now we are seeking legal counsel to get these repairs paid for. If they are this poor at repairing water damage that they caused I can only imagine the nightmare you would have to go through to get warranty work done. My advice is to STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY and seek your business elsewhere.

They installed yesterday and everything from sales to install was delivered as promised. We thought it would look good but it exceeded our expectations. Cannot believe how good it came out would highly recommend.

Josh Strickland did a fantastic job installing a beautiful walk in shower replacing an old bathtub. He did a perfect job with shower installation including grab bars and shelves. He cleaned up and took away all the tub debris in amazing time, half a day.. Thanks again for a job well done!!

Do yourself a favor and come here first for any plumbing needs. The design center can fit all price points from builder grade budget to high end, and...AND they know their product! very knowledgable.

Leigh was awesome to work with. She listened to what we were looking for and did everything we asked of her. I will highly recommend her.
