We (Genzink Plumbing) have been working with Falcon Custom Homes for 7-10 years now and they are top notch builders. They have high end finishes and are attentive to detail. They work on a timely schedule and are very organized from start to finish.

Lisa and I had a wonderful experience working with all the folks at Falcon Homes. We built out a condo in Riverhouse in 2012. Our unit was in the Parade of Homes for the fall season 2012. We were new to GR and some what tentative as we had had a less than optimal building experience in the past. I can say that from the design stage, with Wayne Visbeen, to the planning and construction phase with Falcon and Design Interiors we had a remarkably smooth and rewarding experience. Our home was done on time and in budget. The fit and finishes were superb. There were no items on the punch list to be repaired and all went extremely well. Dustin kept us up to date on a weekly basis and some of the construction we were remote so that was very helpful. Nate also was very supportive in guiding us through the planning stages. I would highly recommend Falcon homes for any home building needs. I give them two thumbs up up and 5 stars.

Not only were Dustin and Nate ( the two principals) responsive and professional, they genuinely cared to construct us the best house possible. All of their sub contractors were friendly and competent. The time line outlined for the construction was on target , with no delays. The follow-up after the construction,was exceptional. My wife & I were referred to Falcon Custom Homes by friends of ours to build our cottage up north. They had great follow through and everything was completed in a timely manner. The quality of their work is exceptional. Working with Nathan & Dustin was a wonderful experience. They took plenty of time to go through everything in the house with us when they turned over the keys. We would highly recommend them to anyone building a house.

I had someone come out to quote our bathroom remodel. Never got emailed the quote, then they text me telling me to call them for the quote.. What a complete waste of time, I drove an hour one way to meet them for the quote. They completed it, told me it would be 12.5k for a basic walk in shower. 9.5k if I signed that day only when I told them I had other quotes incoming. If you wanna waste your time and money and have them attempt to pressure you then not send you the quote then Leaf Home Bath is your place!

Randy S was a great salesman very professional and answered every question explain every thiing and detail.
The installers were fantastic and a very polite worked really hard for our shower done fast.

Nick was a great salesman. He carefully explained everything and showed me all the materials that would be used. I would highly recommend that you give Leaf Home Bath a try.

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. They will sell you on a 1 day bath what they wont tell you is then it will be another 3 months minimal (still waiting) for the glass to be ordered and installed. I am going o 3 months without being able to use my shower and all because I trusted the sale of a 1 day bath. DO not trust these people and if you try to call them you will NEVER get a call back. They don't even deserve the 1 star I am forced to give.

This man was pure gentleman’s, showed us the guts of everything that would be done soon. Wife is handicapped and he customized to her wheelchair and abilities. Robert Peel is fantastic. Both the salesman Randy, and the installer were great! Randy was professional, and very down to earth, easy to relate to and get along with. The installer was very professional and did an awesome job! Very happy with the work he performed. Very nice people.

Josh McGee was able to provide the answer to our prayers. After caring for my Father in his home without proper bathing facilities for 7 years until he passed. I realized moving my 90 year old Mother, who can no longer care for herself, into our home would only be possible if we could somehow come up with a better bath or shower than we presently had. We set up an appointment with One Day Bath and were blessed to have Josh as our sales person. We explained the situation to him and within an hour or so he was able to fill our needs and fit our budget with a perfect solution to our problem.

Travis came out and explained in detail what we needed. He was very polite and met our needs. Very excited for our new shower.

I did not appreciate the tricks online to get me to give my contact information. It is dishonest to claim I can find out how much a new shower will cost by just putting in my zip code. Of course, I knew it would require more than that, but I shouldn't have to meet in person for almost 3 hours to get a general idea of a price range. Although I preferred not to give my phone number, One Day Bath called the very next day, which is more helpful than the two local places I've actually tried to get in contact with for quotes to replace the shower. They set up someone to come over right away, too, within a day or two. He was great! Alic, I believe was his name, was knowledgeable, friendly, clearly hardworking, and a pleasure to be around. I sure wanted to help him out, to give him results for his efforts, but the price was way out of our budget, even after all the strings he was able to pull, as long as we agreed to go through with it that day, which is never how my husband will do business...we like our processing time.

Randy Lannone Young was amazing when he came to my house for my consultation. He was professional but very laid back and easy to talk to at the same time. The appointment took a lot longer than I expected but that was partially my fault. I had a lot of questions and concerns that he very patiently and cheerfully addressed. I can't comment on One Day Bath as a company because my shower has not been installed yet, but I can say that Randy is a top notch salesman.
