Thanks to Carl Rogers and his team for doing an amazing job with getting my kitchen nook and bathroom taken care of. Even with their full schedule, they made sure that I was well taken care of. So thankful for their help and services.

Company was recommended by homeowners insurance for a roof claim we made due to hail. Jeremie came and was at our house for less than 5 minutes and stated the roof was fine with no issues. I got a second opinion from a reputable company I know that was not affiliated with my insurance and sure enough we needed a full roof replacement, every single home on our entire lake is actually getting replacements right now! Your insurance company because they will say you are fine when you may actually need a huge repair. Not impressed.

Jeremie and his crew gave us back our home. After our neighbors' fire spread to our house, we were left with not only burned areas of the house, but with the entire house saturated with smoke and soot. One of our biggest concerns was my allergies and asthma, and I genuinely feared I would not be able to live there. Jeremie took that concern very seriously and was very reassuring. He did a great job working with our insurance adjuster to ensure coverage of everything to fully restore our house and remove all smoke and soot.

We've worked with other construction companies over the years and sometimes have had trouble with things being done incorrectly and the companies refusing to take responsibility. With Jeremie and his team (Bob, Adam, and everyone who worked on our house--they all were great), we always felt confident that we could trust them and their work. They listened to us and were responsive to any concerns we had.

When you need someone to do restoration services after a fire, flood, or storm, it's probably safe to say that you're going through a difficult time. Construction Services of West Michigan is the company you want in your corner at a time like that. Their dependability, quality work, and open line of communication were a lifeline that pulled us through.

Evan and his team at CSWM for mitigation services are excellent. Most people review for their own home, which is important, and I am reviewing their work on "my" home - my childhood home. The one that my parents still live in. So this home is precious to me. It needs to be taken care of with respect and care. Evan and his team did a phenomenal job. It can't be easy having to coordinate with a "third" person, but Evan and the team took it in stride. I was impressed with the responsiveness, patience, and willingness to help break down what the process was and how they coordinated with insurance and their repair/replacement contract services side as well. Based on my experience, I would wholeheartedly recommend CSWM to people, especially for work in homes with older adults. Too many companies just come in, rush through, and don't care if the homeowner understands what is going on. A quality experience is more than just the mitigation work itself. It is how they treat the customer. Evan and his team treated my parents as if they were family (family they liked). If you work with Evan and his team, expect a quality experience.

Highly recommend if you have water damage. Our insurance hooked us up with CSWM and I'm glad they did. Extremely fast response for mitigation and the repair contractors were great too. We had drywall, paint, trim and electrical done. Chris (painter), Angie (Cleaning), Echo (Drywall) and Cody (PM) were all super friendly and informative. Glad they were assigned to our project. Fast completion times.

So far so good. Construction Services of West Michigan was very prompt and responsive to the mitigation services required for my home. Aaron and Noah were very courteous and explained what they would be doing in detail during the mitigation. Dryers and dehumidifiers are running so we can move onto the next phase of repairs. I recommend Construction Services of West Michigan. They are a responsible company. They quickly responded to the emergency that occurred at my house due to a leak in the roof. Thanks to the entire team that worked on my house (they dried, dismantled, repaired the roof and walls, installed the carpet, and cleaned). They did a great job.

I have used Construction Services twice in the past year and will continue to do so even though I live in Kalamazoo. They are professional in every way and yet very personal, too. All of their workers have been extremely nice to work with. Ty and Evan are exceptional in getting things handled. I highly recommend their services!

The mold remediation guys were professional, hard working and took care with our stuff. Kaleb, who did our rebuild, was also precise and hard working. The cleaning crew ( Chelsea and Wil) did an awesome job.

We lost our house due to a fire. Everything was brought down to the studs and joists. West Michigan Construction Services worked with us through every step of the process. From the top of the business to the workers on site, they were very personable and helpful with us. They worked well with our insurance company, were adaptable with our requests, and were diligent in getting the project completed.

Noah and Aaron did a great job setting up our water damage mitigation. They were friendly and communicated what they were doing and when they expected to be done.. They also cleaned up around the area before they left. We were very pleased.

Construction Services has now completed the work that was necessary to restore our home. They did an incredible job. The drywall, paint and carpentry work was all done perfectly. They arrive on time and work until the day is done and the work complete. We could not be happier.

I've finally found the painter I've always been looking for. His name is Roger Dattadeen from Construction Services of West Michigan. Roger painted our kitchen and great room, which involved tall ceilings, intricate arches, and detailed trim around our fireplace. This was not an easy job, but his results were flawless. His paint lines are razor-sharp and every detail was handled with absolute precision. If you have a challenging or high-end space that you want to look absolutely perfect, Roger is your guy. You will not be disappointed.

I'm also very pleased with the work that the mitigation team, Noah Brown and Aaron Belanger, did cleaning up the water damage in my kitchen. Not only were they fast and efficient, but they were also clean and organized. They left my kitchen as usable as possible. I would highly recommend them. It is early in the project, but everyone I've worked with from Construction Services has been top notch.

Nick came out and helped me understand what was going on. Was super helpful and friendly. Easy to talk to and did a great job every time he had to come out to fix things. It started on Sunday. This is now Wednesday. Not done with work yet but cleans up every time here

On December 23rd, my dishwasher inlet valve staged a coup and martyred my 40-year-old oak floors. Usually, this—combined with my recent back surgery—would be a recipe for a nervous breakdown. Instead, I called Casey Daugherty at CSWMI

Casey is so prompt and such a fierce advocate for the customer that I’m convinced he has a sixth sense for insurance claims. He’s handled previous jobs for me so seamlessly that calling anyone else would be a sign of declining cognitive function on my part.

Then he sent Aaron and Noah for the mitigation. These two were so courteous and professional that I didn't feel like I had contractors in the house; it felt like I was hosting two incredibly productive, polite world-class experts. I had such total confidence in them that I didn’t look over their shoulders once, which is great because my surgeon told me not to twist my back anyway. Seriously, these two made me feel good about seeing my subfloor. If you want a disaster handled so well you actually feel like a pampered guest in your own home, Aaron and Noah are the team. Period.

Th constructive services team responded to a water damage incident at my home and could not have done a better job or provided greater piece of mind. Great communication regarding status and progress and super responsive. They owned the project like it was their home and it just some customer’s.
