We had a great experience with Grand Home Inspection. Easy scheduling, kind and knowledgable inspector. Justin was thorough and very communicative. He debriefed us at the end in a way that made sense without talking down to us. He explained his findings based on most to least important. We felt we were in very good hands.

This whole process was amazing. Devin was fantastic and did a great job at explaining things to us. His inspection report was amazing. Grand Home Inspections LLC is by far the best inspection company we have ever used. They were available quick, affordable, and were very detailed in their reporting.

I had Ethan as my inspector. Ethan got to the house at about 1:30 and we joined him there at around 3:30. He was wrapping up when we entered and walked us through the home noting any concerns he had as well as just little things that I would miss.

He was super nice and knowledgeable making sure that I took his card in case I had any future questions. For the report I received and the peace of mind the price is worth it but certainly a little more than I was initially expecting. I cannot recommend this company enough though.

Chris V inspected the home we are considering buying and did an amazing job! He was personable, knowledgeable and kind throughout the entire experience. He made sure we understood everything on the report and even took the time to help ease our minds about some of the items on it. He went above and beyond. I had to wave inspection on my home when we bought it because of how competitive the market was and I've always been nervous about unknown issues or that the improvements I made on the house may not have been sound. Johnny, the inspector, was incredibly patient and took the time to explain the entire process to me as a first-time homebuyer. He was very thorough in his inspection and provided helpful feedback along the way. He also gave me all the necessary paperwork to begin planning and preparing for move-in, which was extremely helpful.
At the end of the inspection, Johnny walked me through the entire home and explained his report in detail. He was a pleasure to work with, and his enthusiasm for helping new homeowners get ready for their homes is unmatched. Thank you for all you do and for such a positive experience!
