Van 4261CM really likes to tailgate on M120 . I guess a growing company will hire anyone . Might want to look into this. Also swerving all over the road . This van was six vehicles back in a line if vehicles on M120 between Holton and Twin Lake then van turned at Twin Lake

and was more than accomidating, professional, personable and kept me updated via text. Communication and work completed was high quality. Thank you!

We went through Angi to get a shower door installed and the company that came out totally messed up our new shower door and part of the shower enclosure. The door costed about $1000 dollars and sadly I am still working on getting a quote for the damaged marble.

We got in touch with Angi and Nate had picked up the job to come out and see what was going on. Nate originally felt bad for us and said he would work on a quote for us. He also helped me with getting a hold of Angi to put in a damage claim - this all occurred on September 2nd.

Since then, I have tried to get a hold of Nate. The last I heard from the guy was on September 10th via email when he explained he would get in touch the following week. After two weeks I have heard nothing - no phone call, no email. Each time I would call the person that answers would say they will get these notes to Nate and they will have him get back to me - one person also claimed they would put “urgent” in the notes. Just tell me something, I get we are all busy, but I find it weird that a small company would “ghost” the customer. The customer, who became vulnerable about this stressful situation, and one of which is a struggling combat Veteran in which he knows this since all of this came out in our first in person discussion.

If you felt bad, and gave me your word, I would have expected some type of follow through by now. That ship has sailed, and now I am in the same boat of trying to fix the problem that has been going on for a month! Please, do better - especially for military veterans! I also have proof of the various calls and emails if anyone wants to test the validity of our story. Thank you.

We are an electrical contracting company and have worked with Thornapple Construction for a few years now. This is a great company with a great group of guys running the company. The trust they have with customers is unmatched from other companies we have worked for. From start to finish , this is a great company to work with/for. Highly recommend.

I love my kitchen….its a breath of fresh air. Austin and Nate were amazing to work with. They stayed within my budget and were always patient and respectful. I can’t say enough good about the whole process.

We had an amazing experience with Nate Fugitt Construction. As you can tell from the pictures, our kitchen turned out INCREDIBLE. We love spending time in the kitchen. Their team helped us with the layout, key features, and made the material and design choices easy. Their crew works with first class specialists in plumbing (literally looks like tubular perfection), HVAC (who I called later to install a new furnace and dial in humidity, he's like a HVAC wizard), and electrical. I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to recommend Nate Fugitt Construction to anyone. In fact, I already have and each friend and neighbor has LOVED the outcome.

I started my project with Austin at Thornapple with the intention of new countertops for my kitchen. I asked Austin for suggestions and options to get the best look for my room. Austin had ideas I wouldn’t have even conceived. We came up with a great plan to redo the kitchen, family room and my sunroom. Austin listened to my thoughts and made them happen. He always found ways to keep me within my budget while getting the wow factor I was after. His workers were professional and courteous, always working around my tool stealing dog. The end result was fantastic! I’m thrilled with the results with the quality and perfection of all the work. I could not speak any more highly of this company and would recommend them to anyone.
    Thanks Guys!

It took 4 months to do a 2 week job. They did't clean up after they were finished. They caused over $1500.00 in water damage to my home. Jeremie the manager said we would settle the difference when they were finished. That was a lie and he held the check until we signed off on their work. The check was also short $800.00. They left the key in my door with no one home.
Jeremie totally brushed off our concerns leaving us stressed out.
Here it is 3 weeks after the job and i still have a lock on my door that has to be cut with bolt cutters. He cut corners and got caught and got mad when questions about his practices. I would not recommend this company because its all about the money, and poor customer services.

Jeremie at Construction Services was awesome at following up on all details until project was complete, keeping me informed along the way without me having to be contacting him. Quality workers fixed water damaged drywall, painted and cleaned up.

This business came highly recommended from our insurance company. We were still in shock from the fire. Construction Services were called the Monday following the fire, and were there by Wednesday. The contractor, Jeremy, stressed with us they have done fire restoration several times and worked with insurance companies quite regularly. The fire happened shortly before Christmas and started construction right after Christmas but before new years. Everything after that moved quickly. For reference, fire happened Dec 10th, and we moved back home Feb 20th. They came and cleaned the home and garage, shorted thru damaged and took pictures for the insurance company, they even took items that were salvageable and cleaned them and returned after the garage and home were complete. The contractor manager communicated directly with our insurance adjuster making things much easier on our part.
