We worked with Carl, Carl was outstanding. We were devastated by a tornado that went through our area leaving up with significant damage. Carl was very honest about what we needed and Carl worked very well with our insurance company to get everything resolved to satisfaction. We definitely would recommend this company very highly for any outside construction, including roof, fencing, chimney repair. This company went above and beyond for us. We were very well taken care of with great satisfaction and amazing customer service. Highly recommended!

Casey was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond with the renovations of our home. He was always communicating with me about what was being done and when. He was also available to answer any of my questions or concerns. I would never contact anyone else but Casey for any future renovations we may want done to our home. Bob, was also amazing! The trim work and paint he did to our home looks beautiful. He was so meticulous and professional and was willing to answer any of our questions. We are loving our new renovations to our home because of Casey and his team.

I would highly recommend this company for demo and construction needs. They communicate well, work around your schedule, do excellent work, clean up after themselves and are very thoughtful and friendly. Today when they came out with a cabinet, they saw that I was post surgery on a scooter so they not only delivered my cabinet but shoveled my walk way and a path from the garage to my waste containers. You can’t put a price on character and kindness!

Just recently we had the privilege of working with Evan and Phil on some unfortunate damage that was done to the house due to a pipe freezing and breaking. The company had done some work for us before, so there was no hesitation to call them once again when we had an issue.
The crew that came to the house was extremely thorough, polite, and did an amazing job with cleanup and starting the process of restoration. Phil and Evan were extremely responsive and communicated amazingly. We highly recommend this company for their integrity, professionalism, appreciation to time and communication. We will start the process of construction in the home here shortly now that the pipe has been fixed, but it’s been a positive experience with the company. I’m a bit late getting this review written, but I wanted to share our experience now that we’ve had time to live with the finished space. Our bathroom remodel was completed this past summer, and everything still looks just as good today as it did the day it was finished.

HWC did an excellent job from start to finish. This was our first home remodel project, and Brent was incredibly helpful throughout the design process—especially when it came to tile selection and making sure we included all the features we wanted.

Our project was fairly involved—we expanded the bathroom by removing a closet from an adjacent room, closed off the old doorway, and had to relocate plumbing, electrical, and even an unexpected HVAC duct. Despite the complexity, everything was handled smoothly.

Chris, our contractor, was fantastic. He treated our home with respect and took real pride in his work. His attention to detail—especially with the tile—really shows in the finished product.

This wasn’t an inexpensive remodel, but we truly feel it was worth every dollar. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with HWC again in the future.

I used HWC to remodel two bathroom in our home. The carpenter did an amazing job on both projects, and I could not have been happier with the end results.

I had someone come out for a quote over a month and a half ago and was told I’d have the pricing within a week. I JUST met last week to discuss pricing and asked for an electronic breakout so that I could review the information further, I was told I’d have it within a day. Again, I haven’t heard anything back. Since working with HWC I have not received any follow ups or any form of communication on my project. It’s been an extremely big waste of my time at this point and we will be moving on elsewhere.

I would love to give HWC 5 stars but screwed up scheduling knocked it back a little.
Then today when the plumber arrived he did not have the sink or faucet with him (he was told it would already be here) and he was not aware that he was also to do a toilet install (no toilet with him either). Lance (the plumber) was a real champ and went back out to get the items without even losing his friendly smile.
Meanwhile, Josh and Tex did an awesome job changing out the tub for a walk-in shower. They worked together like long time dance partners and made the work look easy.
In the end, all the requested work was completed before the end of the day, including a good cleanup.

HWC needs to vastly improve communications within their ordering/scheduling areas, but the designer and installers were all top notch.

We had HWC remodel a bathroom for us in March 2024. HWC was professional and knowledgeable, stayed within the estimate/budget, and finished within the timeframe we discussed. I was extremely impressed with their attention to detail (including recommending an amazing bullnose for our shower tile) and craftmanship (they notched out our vanity top so it would better fit in the space). I'd highly recommend HWC and will use them for any future needs!

Floor network does all our flooring. We have use them for years.

They did a great job, great carpet, great price, and prompt install.
