These guys . . . Fast, Friendly, Courteous . . . need I say more.

I have used this business several times. He does a good job. But last time I tried to call him and left a message he never got back to me.

Ryan, did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet and upholstry. I would recommend this company to anyone, because he goes above and beyond to get the job done the right way.

I take my dog to the Redondo Beach Dog Park each week.
Frequently, when I return to my car, I find a business card from these guys stuck on my car. When I look around the lot, every other car has them, also. Many of those cards end up littering the ground.
I don't care how good a job they do, I would never use someone who does this. It's worse than SPAM.

Never got to use them, but I am rating at 2 stars as their website clearly says "Carpet Cleaning - Residential & Commercial" I call to get a quote for getting our offices carpets cleaned....and they tell me they don't do commercial carpet cleaning...that they don't have a commercial carpet buffer or something. Don't advertise services you don't offer.

We have always had a wonderful experience working with Clean N Fresh Carpet Cleaning. Their prices are reasonable, their customer service is great, and they do an excellent job cleaning carpets! We won't have anyone else clean our carpets!

I have had no problem with this company located in Kentwood, MI. There service has always been professional. I love the cleaning of my carpet in my home. Once dry I always vacuum my carpet and it smells really good and looks fresh n clean afterwards for many months. This company was hired through our apartment complex and cleaned our apartment. After a horrible experience with a different company, these guys came through and did an AMAZING job. The communication and experience overall was amazing. Our carpets are so clean and fresh smelling now! So thankful and appreciative of the work they did!!

Juan and Miguel were professional, efficient, caring of hoses and water inside on floors and outside on landscape. Above all, so very personable and kind! Whole house carpets and furniture look great.

Our condo HOA hired Lake Michigan Carpet Cleaning to clean the carpet in our large foyer and up the stairs to the second floor. Antonio and Miguel did an excellent job and cleaned all the entryway mats, to boot. Antonio, in particular, was a great (and very cheerful) communicator. A great value!

I had my ducts and dryer vent cleaned by this company, and they did a great job! BUT... about a week later I smelled a dead animal coming from my dryer. Even though it was a holiday weekend, I called the owner to see if they found anything when they cleaned out the dryer vent. Within a couple of hours, he came to my house personally with his associate, Jared. Even though it was their day off, they spent 2.5 HOURS working to remove a nest and two deceased birds. The owner, Dudley, explained that the hose went through the nest the first time, so the technicians didn't know it was there.

So, would I recommend this company? YES - because the owner stands behind his services. Literally. On a holiday weekend, he stood in my backyard for over two hours. He stood underneath my dryer vent which was spewing bits of hot dead bird carcasses all over his face, and he stood there until the dryer vent was completely clear. If you're going to hire anyone to do anything in your home, hire this company.
