Juan and Miguel were so kind and informative, and they treated our home like their own. It felt like they really cared and took pride in their work. When I initially called to get a quote, the owner took his time to answer all my questions about the way they clean the ducts. It was also nice to have our ducts cleaned and our carpets cleaned in the same day, and the price was very reasonable. I would absolutely hire them again.

I would HIGHLY recommend Lake Michigan Carpet Cleaning to anyone with pets. One of our critters decided that they had a spot they had to mark and we tried everything to clean it. No matter what we did they kept coming back to it. We called LMCC and had a 9 am appointment. They showed up at 8:55 am! The two technicians were professional and efficient. I even asked if they could clean an ottoman even though we had not requested that service. Less than an hour later our carpet looked like it was just installed and the ottoman was dang near gleaming. If they can work this magic on items that have suffered through pets and teenagers, I would imagine they can clean up whatever you can dish out. Will DEFINITELY use again. Cheers guys!

Workers were timely and personable. We did discover that if you keep a clean house this service is unnecessary. We’ve lived in our house for over 30 years and there was minimal accumulation of dust/debris.

Reached out to Dudley to help get rid of some existing animal smells in a home I recently purchased. The appointment was set right away, the crew showed up exactly when they were supposed to, the 2 young gentlemen were very polite, priced the project on the spot, which I thought was very reasonably for the service requested, I gave them the go ahead and they started the work right away! Pleasant experience all around, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
