I had the Cleaning Genies for over 2 years and they always did an amazing job! They make sure everything is done at top quality. Other house cleaners I've had, I would have to clean afterwards because they didn't do the best job. With Cleaning Genies you never have to worry about touching up.

One of the cleaners left a burner on my stove open so we came home to a house full of gas. Contacted owner about the issue and received zero response to what happened. My communication was even tempered and just pointed out a dangerous situation that occurred coupled with the fact we had to leave the house to air out the rest of the evening. A week later I got a letter that they were going to have to drop me as a client. Wish they had a zero star rating to give.

Stephanie is a Wonder Woman and knows exactly how to meet the needs of each customer. My first experience with CHC was (as I told my husband) better than getting a massage because all the back breaking work I would do around our house was done for me! Stephanie even texted me the same day as our first cleaning, and explained that the initial clean was taking a bit longer than anticipated, and asked her staff to finish even though I hadn’t replied promptly to her contact. I was so impressed and so thankful! When I got home (from a very long morning the day of my grandpa’s funeral) my house was sparkling and fresh and new. It was such a relief. Not only is CHC thorough every time, the value of their work is unbeatable! I was SHOCKED at the affordability for the deep clean estimate Stephanie gave me, and for our family, the value is so affordable. I recommend their services now to everyone, including my family as we consider the upcoming task of preparing my grandparents’ house to sell. I really appreciate this company so I am making the time to write a review for future customers: I have been with Cleanz/Stephanie for a couple years now. I work from home, along with doing business out of my home. I get weekly cleaning to maintain a professional and clean environment for my clients and myself. I may not have children but I do have large dogs, which take much cleaning up after haha. Not only is the Cleanz team comfortable with working around my dogs, its safe to say my dogs love them! The Cleanz girls always greet them with love and hugs. I almost think my fur children look forward to the weekly cleans as much as I do! Being at home 70% of the time while they clean, It is fascinating to see the "Cleanz" process. They do not mess around! very efficient, in and out. I get what I pay for! I never feel shorted. They are always working hard. They truly work as a team from the communication to the dividing of the work. I cant believe they can clean my whole house in the amount of time scheduled! Its like magic. The crew always looking at every detail, from the doggie nose prints on my front door window to the baseboards in my entry way where the animals leave a very noticeable trail. Its a life saver for me! Stephanie was also kind enough to work with my schedule. allowing me to schedule my cleanings around my clients appointments (with proper notice).

I love Cleanz Home Cleaning! I reached out to them in April 2019 after a trusted friend referred them. After our second child was born, I was in desperate need of help keeping the house clean and in order. Cleanz never cancels, always does a thorough job, and are excellent communicators. The service they provide gives me so many more precious hours with my family! I highly recommend them!

Cleanz does an impeccable job cleaning my home. I was blown away by the thorough care they took to make my house sparkle. At one point a toothbrush was even busted out to work on my stove! Friendly, accommodating and the finished product was great! I highly recommend Cleanz!

Stephanie and her team did such an amazing job! I booked a deep clean so that I could have a clean house in two weeks for wedding guests staying here. I have two dogs—one who is huge and loves to lay in mud so I have an issue keeping everything clean! They did amazing! I walked in to a gorgeous clean home.
