We used there services for our pre move in clean and they do a very nice job. We decided to use the services once per month and Ashley was very professional and she too did an outstanding job. I walked in the house after working all day and the house smelled so good!

The guys that came to clean our place did an absolutely amazing job. I felt like we had just moved in. They cleaned all the hard areas that you never want to have to clean yourself. While visiting my mom for a few days this summer, I contacted Cleanz to set up cleaning services for my mom on a regular basis. Stephanie was super kind and responsive and met with my mom to review her needs. When the crew came to complete the first cleaning (a deep clean), they were all professional and worked hard to get a handle on the much needed cleaning. I sent a few follow up requests to Stephanie and she was very accomodating. Cleanz is peace of mind for me knowing my mom will have help keeping her home clean since I live in another state. Our house was cleaned top to bottom, a deep clean. I cannot express enough how well every task was executed; our home looks fantastic, smells delightful, and nary a surface was missed.

The team (two amazing young gentlemen) were personable, kind, tolerated our ridiculous dogs, and humored our kids as they shared their enthusiasm for Pokemon and Super Mario Brothers. Even within the chaos of our home, they were thorough and efficient; I couldn't do half the work in twice the time.

Also, this particular cleaning session was graciously squeezed in during a hectic time with relatively short notice.

Had my home cleaned for the first time from Cleanz Home Cleaning yesterday and they did a wonderful job!! Ever since becoming a new mom, my house cleaning has taken a back seat and now with a clean house I feel my life is more in order. It’s so nice to have a clean space! They have a great text alert system to let me know they are in route! This is very helpful, because it gives me time to put our two pets in the garage or another room so they are out of the way of the cleaners.

I was told I would get assigned two cleaners, and that they would clean my rental property head to toe, until completion. However upon inspecting the property the next day I noticed only the kitchen was cleaned and all of the other rooms in the home were still completely dirty. I reached out to management to complain and I was told that only one cleaner showed up and left after cleaning for two hours. I was also told the "home was quite dirty" which was also slightly offensive, for that was the whole reason I hired professional cleaners. This was a very disappointing experience since I was relying on the home to be cleaned as agreed in order for me to show it to my new tenants. Not to mention the $150 I paid was very expensive for only getting one room of my rental cleaned.

Was very excited about finding the cleanz team and reading the reviews. Figured we’d save a bunch of time on our move!

After appointment was cancelled due to labor, we got rescheduled. No big deal.

Clean day came around and cleaners were late by over an hour. Again, no big deal.

Lady was sent alone and she was very nice! She quickly pointed out a few things she wasn’t going to clean because she said she wasn’t trained. The areas she cleaned were cleaned very well! My problem is that several of the services offered under a move in clean were not completed. Some because our cleaner said she wasn’t trained and others simply weren’t done. Don’t advertise a service you aren’t going to provide.

Paid my balance and likely would look elsewhere for my next cleaning.

I have been working with this business for some time now. I have always had issues with trust. I absolutely love this company for its professionalism along with how personable Stephanie Is but along with her staff. I can always count on them to be on time and I feel comfortable having them in my home.
They have never let me down in a cleaning yet! I always look forward to coming home to a clean house with the confidence to know they not only did the job but went above and beyond! From the folded toilet paper to the fresh lemon scent. 🙃🥰

My house was overdue for a deep cleaning when I had an accident and broke my knee. Fast forward 2.5 months of not being able to clean and all of a sudden company is coming. Luckily in my panicked state I remembered reading a good review about Cleanz in a neighborhood Facebook group. Called Stephanie Friday night and Erin was here 8:00 Monday morning to take on the dirt and the cat fur. She was wonderful and did a great job bringing my house back to clean again. You tend to forget how nice it is to have all the rooms clean at the same time and how good it makes you feel. What a gift Erin gave me! It ended up taking more time then they thought (having not been cleaned in months will cause that) but although I offered to pay more (which is only fair), I was billed the quoted price. Will I use them again? You bet! But I also don’t have to let the house get as bad as it was since I know I can call Cleanz to spiff it up. I highly recommend using their service. Lovely to deal with from start to finish.

They do a great job cleaning my house, and all employees are friendly and professional.

I think Molly and Malik did a good job, very helpful to me. The bathrooms are pristine, as well as mirrors, microwave, stovetop, carpets, and dusting. It seems they were running out of time - in the last minutes, the kitchen floor could have been mopped better. I'm glad I started a relationship with your company, and I see this continuing for some time.

We are a mobile home property and we hired Cleanz to clean our community clubhouse. From the first contact with them, they were very quick to respond and answered any questions we had. Vonda contacted us for an estimate and showed up at the scheduled time. Vonda was very professional and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. She was able to provide us with a schedule that worked best for us. Sy, who did the cleaning for us, was very professional and courteous. He did an excellent job and completed all the tasks we agreed upon. We will continue to use them for future cleanings, and I would highly recommend them for your cleaning needs.

I love the girls that clean for me. They do a great job. However, since the new company has taken over, I am only getting 3 man hours of a clean where as before I was receiving 6 man hours. There is simply no way these girls can give me the same quality of work in half the time.

Today, Aleasha and Deb came for a small clean. They always do such a wonderful job. Unfortunately the last time y’all came, it was a full clean and only 2 people came. They did their best but my house is large and I really think we need more people. It really wasn’t as thorough as it has been for the past 12 years.

We had our initial deep clean this week. Very happy with the results. I received notification reminders of upcoming appts and also team arrival and departure, which I like. The cleaning was thorough. I did not find anything missed. We also have some clutter and I did not feel judged for that. I just said to clean the best they can. That would be on me, not the cleaners!

Stephanie and her team are awesome! They are professional, reliable, thorough and efficient....they even clean the fan blades! I appreciate the attention to detail like polishing the stainless appliances while still doing an amazing job on wood floors and keeping tile and glass showers spotless. They communicate to let me know when they are on the way and once they're done. Definitely a well run small business I am happy to support.

Do yourself a favor and let Cleanz do the work for you. My only regret is not working with them sooner. Now we have more free time with the family every week and completely trust Cleanz Home Cleaning to get the job done.
