Malik at Cleanz home did another excellent job. He is always so thorough. I really like his work.

Excellent work on Friday. Malik and Jersey listened to our concerns. They did an excellent job of cleaning and would love to have them again.

Not super impressed with their cleaning. As a house keeper myself it’s easy for me to notice what gets done and what doesn’t.
First, the bottom of one of the showers wasn’t touched at all. Not even wet in an attempt to clean. Just completely forgotten. She also must have been scrubbing too hard because she knocked the shower doors off the track and didn’t fix it or let us know.
Next, Our nightstands are just little side tables and she didn’t clean under or behind those either (hard floors so animal hair accumulates). She also didn’t dust the light fixture in the bedroom.
Not all rugs were moved to clean under them either, nor everything on the kitchen counter.
All of the picture frames or wall art that she dusted were very sideways and obviously there was no attempt to re straighten them after she dusted.

If you’re going to pay the price they charge maybe look elsewhere. Was it cleaner than when they got there? Absolutely. But I don’t think the clean was worth what we paid.

I was also told there would be 2 cleaners and one came very late and left early. I think the one cleaner was just exhausted by the end, understandably.

Pretty good job but I expected a little more for what they charge.I had to clean onop of the fridge some of the light fixtures, ceiling fans, and re-vacuum the hard surfaces. In my opinion floors where not moped just vacuumed. To their credit Bathrooms, stove top and cabinets where on point.

Update: about 30 min after posting my review I was contacted by Cleanz to remedy the ubove mentioned issues. The following morning they retunered to my home and cleaned everything that need addressing.

Both ladies were obviously experienced. They evaluated the required tasks and managed their time to complete in the time allowed. Quality of work was very good, more than expected.

The team sent, Jennifer and Kieanna, were an absolute joy to have in our home. We are new to Cleanz. Today was the second time of their service. Both occasions they were here our house was cleaned thoroughly and it smelled so clean when we returned home! We have had both Krista and Sarah twice and apologies for not remembering the third cleaner’s name. They have been professional and personal and we are very happy/pleased with their work! The first time they came we had them do a deep cleaning! Worth every penny! Thank you so much for all of your hard work ladies!
