Lake Michigan Carpet cleaning did an outstanding job on our carpets. The stains were gone (even nail polish!) and the carpets looked good-as-new. I also appreciated how dry the carpet was right from the start. We've had other carpet cleaners leave our carpets quite wet (taking days to dry), but with Lake Michigan they were barely damp -- fully dry within 24 hours. A great experience overall.

Perfection all around, scheduling, service, and price cannot be beat. The best and easiest experience of my life. Thank you LMCC we will be calling again!

Service was timely, expedient, and professional. I scheduled only one day in advance, and the team was ready for the job required. I showed the areas of greater concern (pet-related stains, high-traffic), and they double-downed with great care and repetitive treatments to clean the messes. My area rug was taken out to the driveway to be steam cleaned, and it looks brand new! Carpets and rugs dried in an afternoon. I already recommended to a friend who saw my home post-cleaning.

From the beginning inquiry to the end of service this team has got it down. The price was in line with Stanley Steamer (even a little bit cheaper) so I absolutely wanted to support a local team when I can. Booking was a breeze. Love that I could get an immediate quote and schedule online for times and dates that worked within my schedule. A few days prior to the service Becky called to ask if we could move the time a little later (which was totally do able) and then she called one day prior to confirm everything was still set. Absolutely top notch customer service from Becky! Then day of service I received a text message letting me know the technicians were on their way. When Juan V and Antonio came to the door they were friendly and incredibly professional (love the blue shoe covers btw!). They addressed all of our problem areas and worked quickly to get the job done, which was downright impressive. Love supporting a local business that works together to create excellent service. 10/10 would recommend this organization to anyone looking to have steam cleaning services done and I would also trust their other services to be just as high quality. The only thing I regret is not taking before and after photos!

The guys at Lake Michigan Carpet Cleaning were AMAZING!!! They were incredibly professional and friendly, communication was fast and accurate, and they even sent me photos of my area rug being cleaned!!!! Lake Mi Carpet did a fantastic job! Carpet was more than 10 years old with stains. When they were finished it looked like newly laid carpet! Very friendly staff & reasonably priced! HIGHLY recommend!

The two guys that arrived today worked well together, were knowledgeable and went over the chemicals being used. This was helpful due to being hypersensitive to products causing respiratory issues from other cleaning companies. They did a walk through with us to confirm what specifically needed doing. We were extremely pleased as they did an excellent job cleaning our upstairs and downstairs carpets. They even got a grease mark out under a recliner that’s been there over a decade. Our carpets look much better than previous cleanings from other companies. And I like that they don’t charge per step for stairways! Thanks 😊 we will be calling them next year!

After a dryer fire, we really needed to have our vents cleaned. There was great communication from the company and the technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was in working order and safe to use.

Both guys were awesome and friendly, yet professional. My townhome carpet smells amazing. They did the job a lot quicker and better than my tiny home carpet cleaner. The deodorizer and enzyme treatment they used has the whole place smelling brand new and looking sharp. And for someone that has a dog, the deodorizer and enzyme treatment was much needed! 100% recommend these guys. Our store's carpet was filthy and they restored it
back to looking brand new (no exaggerating). They worked around our store ours and came in after we closed so we didn't have to change hours and are extremely friendly and professional. On top of all of this they had a very fair price. I won't be going to anyone else when I need carpet cleaning.

Antonio and Luis did an outstanding job. I called in and they were at my house the same day. They were on time, professional, and worked fast. The carpets look better than they have in years. Stains I thought were permanent are completely gone. They walked me through everything they had done and made sure I was happy with the results before they wrapped up.

Jared did amazing work. Would absolutely hire this company again. We are moving into a new home and the logistics and scheduling have been stressful since we are a couple hours away. Lake Michigan helped make this process so smooth and easy. I was able to book online and all it took was a quick follow-up call to be all set. They answered all my questions and did a great job!

We had a wonderful experience with the guys who did our duct cleaning. We had to get our furnace replaced and we desperately needed our ducts cleaned out before the new furnace install and everything went smoothly and they did a great job. I cannot recommend this place enough for efficient, kind, and affordable service.

The team did a great job from start to finish. Becky at the front desk was so nice and helped schedule us in quickly. When Antonio and Luis came to clean the air ducts and carpets they did a thorough job and made sure there was no dust left from cleaning the air ducts. They were very kind, honest and explained everything. Would highly recommend using them!
