I have had a few services done in the past with MJR Landscape. Always great to utilize a local company that does awesome work! Last year we tried the "Mosquito Hammer" treatment, and let's just say it hit the nail on the head (pun intended). No more bug spray and tiki torches needed here! We will be back again.

One of the easiest and stress free contractors I have worked with since moving to Grand Rapids: easy to schedule and pay; technicians are professional and willingly share information and answer questions. As a now 70 year old woman, I want to underscore how much I appreciate the excellent lawn service and, equally, not having to worry that I will be disrespected or taken advantage of.

Great service at a great rate! MJR is the place to go for lawn care in Grand Rapids! Their Weed Hammer system keeps my yard green and weed-free and is the best lawn care system I have used.
My back yard is usable now with their incredible Mosquito Hammer system. I live in a swamp and mosquitoes stay away from the outdoor areas we use.

I used MJR for a spring cleanup in my back yard, aerated the front and back yard and mowed my lawn once a week. The crew did an amazing job! Mike (The owner) and his staff always went above and beyond. Highly recommend them for all your landscape needs!

I couldn't be happier with MJR; they never disappoint! I always hire them for fall leaf pick up, and I recently hired them to clean up a wildly overgrown section of my yard. Christian and Wes were prompt, courteous, and efficient and finished the job beyond my expectations. Worth every penny!

The company sent two inexperienced 20-year-olds to expand a flower bed, plant dozens of new pachysandra plants, remove a tree, resod damaged areas and plant a new tree. They botched the pachysandra planting, damaged a neighbor's yard and laid new sod without placing enriched soil under it leaving it as an indentation in the lawn. Also refused to properly repair neighbor's damage lawn. One worker noted they wanted to get back to mowing. They had little or no knowledge of how to do the landscape work. Phone calls to the office requesting a call from the man who prepared the initial estimate were ignored. Also I firmly stated to "R" in the office, that the two young men were NOT to return to my property to correct the mess. That request was ignored and they came the next day to finish the botched job. They also left a pile of mulch in the street that extended into my neighbor's lawn which my wife and I cleaned up. We had previously used the company for lawn cleanup and expected the same professional service. That didn't happen. Do NOT RECOMMEND this company.

Nate, Konni, and crew do a great job! Would highly recommend to anyone in need of landscaping services.

While Everett snowed plow a property next to me,the driver piled the snow to my pine tree and damaged the branches..waiting for a solution to give them a 5 see tar

What an amazing find! Lavish displays and plentiful selections of numerous plant varieties make this a must go to place for trees, shrubs and perennials. Very helpful staff.

I didn't have work done by them, but they plow the church across the street from me and after the city plow came through and left a huge pile of snow in front of my driveway before work, they saw me shoveling and came and plowed it away for me. Just for that act I grant them 5 stars!

We visited the 84th St location on Saturday and had a wonderful experience! The staff was very helpful, and such a beautiful place to walk through. We were able to take advantage of some great sales, and even enjoy some lunch while we were there!

Just getting a quote from this place has been a challenge and it's been over 2 weeks since my first call. When I called to inquire they finally sent someone out to see my lawn and they they said they need another week to give me a price. I understand this is their busy time of year but 3+ weeks to quote for some soda is a bit much.

This Is My First Year With Everett's For Mowing My Yard, And Doing My Snowplowing, My Driveway Was Cleaned Out All Around, I'm Very Grateful For All Their Services, They Do Professional Work And Detail In Edging And Cleanup, I'm Looking Forward Too Having Everett's For My Snowplowing Service This Coming Winter Season Too, The Staff Are Friendly And Answer Any Question And Concerns You Have, Everett's Did My Beautiful New Landscaping This May 2024 And They Do A Picture Perfect Totally Professional Job, I Would Highly Recommend Them Too Anyone!! 😃👍👍

We hired Everett's last year to maintain the grounds and snow removal for the winter at an eight unit complex. Last year I had to call them multiple times to come back and re cut an area and to string trim around trees. This year is the same, I have to stay on them to yes string trim the back yards also. They didn't do it after 3 cuttings and it looks so bad. I shouldn't have to train each crew that comes out. As far as the snow removal that was a joke. The complex is 15 years old and I have never seen so much sod cut back. I had to call them back many times. One time they plowed the two lane road only one lane wide and left the other side impassable. Broke three sprinkler heads, they don't fix them. First time in 15 years we lost heads this way. The worst thing is they pulled the sod back in place and left the sprinkler heads lay on their sides half buried, then the lines fill with dirt and you have to clean the screens on each head in that zone. So much time and expense!!!Their contract with this small condo project will not be renewed.

The Everetts team has always been helpful with product and design questions, thank you to Brent & Melissa for everything you do for us when we have questions. Even though we may be competitors you have always assisted us as though we are partners.

Good top soil grading: top soil fills to every little corners of our yard. Hydroseed are even and thick. Overall, great experience.

Excellent. I hire businesses based on trust and quality. Everett's is top-shelf in every area, but I know what they say they will do with the highest level of quality. I don't get bids, I only work with Everett's.

Alex listened to what we wanted and created a design that not only looked great, it was on time and on budget. Our neighbors took notice and hired Everett's as well. By the way, our raised bed garden is still producing into the fall season.
