Mike came out to do an analysis of our trees around our home and foundation. He went above and beyond and explaining to me every little detail that was going on and even told me what was necessary to do and what definitely wasn’t necessary to do. Mike and the Everett’s team will definitely have our family’s business for them in the future with this incredible experience. Mike deserves a raise for his Incredible Communication skills and knowledge. Excited to see what kind of flowers and tree landscapes they have as potential alternatives for our trees in our yard as well.

We had some miscommunication about the warranty on a pine tree but I am pleased to say Everett’s stepped up and remedied the situation. Despite it being outside the warranty they replaced my dead tree and even chipped and patched the area where the work had been done. Couldn’t be happier with my decision to use Everett’s landscaping, customer for life!

I recently had an issue with some drainage around our pool. I was having a hard time finding a company to come up with a good solution. Until I was referred to Alex with Everett’s Landscaping. After our first visit I knew he had the answer. He also pulled in other contractors to provide a complete solution. Alex has been great to work with and the team that did the work was excellent and very professional. I am looking to have them do more work in the future. I would highly recommend them for any of your landscaping needs.

Very happy with Everett’s work to redo our yard. Marc Curtis was the lead crew person and was a perfectionist with clearing out our old lawn, and leveling and prepping for hydro seed. Kirk Hilton gave us a good quote and worked well to make sure the job was done well. Would recommend Everett’s!

I couldn't be more pleased with the patio Everett's Landscaping recently completed at our home. Matt paid attention to all of the details along the way, and I was impressed by the precision with which Mark and his coworkers installed the pavers. Everett's crew created additional lawn space with equal quality. The whole project came together just as I envisioned it. I can't wait to add additional plants, etc., but already it's providing a great space to enjoy as we start out the summer of 2022! As an added note, I'm also a big fan of the beautiful AquaPots they sell at Everett's Gardens. Thanks, Everett's!

Everett’s has always impressed us at the Home & Garden show each year. We met with Alex a few years ago for the first time. He has taken a real interest in our projects and has offered solid advice. He’s open to our ideas and able to collaborate in a very cooperative way. This year we had the Everett’s crew replace our 30 year old rotted retaining walls and install brick pavers at the entrance to our home. The crew was fantastic, and the workmanship was top notch. I have no doubt that these hardscapes will hold up to the test of time. A last minute request to add landscape lighting was easily accommodated. I highly recommend Everett’s based on their professionalism and expertise.

Was driving down reeds lake rd in east Grand Rapids they’ve got at least 120 yards of trucks and trailers over half of them were to haul equipment which they were not using they could’ve dropped off and found a bigger lot to park. Instead there limited critical thing skills left them parking dangerously around a bend right between no parking signs. I will most certainly be contacting the BBB and possibly the county

The Best in Town -we just had some updates & refreshing Landscaping down -trees updated & from Nate’s first walk through to the team completion of the dream -all were completed in a professional manor. As a business owner for 40 years I admire a perfect experience-A must use Company!

Everett's did a great job pruning my trees on my property! Their rep easily walked me through their process and the onsite crew were terrific. Highly recommend them!

Hired them to lay out and install a small project. The communication from them could have been much better. . The estimator was in such a hurry, I never got to finish talking to him before he left. I had set up a time to meet with the job Foreman at the beginning of the project to iron out the details of this job. He didn’t show up. I had to call and find out where he was. The receptionist was rude.

The final complete project was ok. They never adjusted the 3 sprinkler heads they moved, and they sprayed the house, windows, everywhere other than the yard. Broke one head(gear drive was stripped out)

One of the bushes was installed so it was a foot and a half off from center between 2 windows. Workmanship was sloppy. Actually had trash packed in a hole in the dirt.

The Core Values that they advertised didn’t end up meaning much.

Passion- I didn’t see passion.

Excellent customer Service- I was highly disappointed .

Exceeding expectations- Not even Close.

Professional Workmanship- it was more like a Marketplace “Weekend Warrior”

Trustworthiness- They couldn’t Keep an Appointment we had.

Existing front lawn was so bad we decided to completely remove it. They did an excellent job in removing old lawn and replacing the topsoil, then hydro seeding the area - even late in the summer and early fall. They were very helpful in coordinating with the company installing a new sprinkler system as well. Their team was friendly and professional on our property, and their customer service was excellent. Our lawn is now coming in before the snow falls. Would definitely recommend working with Everett’s for your landscaping needs.

This is our first year & experience with Everett’s! Our kids gifted us with snowplowing due to our health conditions. Today, your highly skilled plow professional did an amazing job & also helped the neighbor across the street with the deep snow at the bottom of his driveway that the city donated! My husband & I are thoroughly impressed & very thankful for a timely job done extremely well done! Thank-you! (PS: I don’t have our driver’s name, but please be sure to give him a raise!!!)

A couple years ago we purchased a home in West Michigan in March, when the property was covered in snow. As we would soon find out, the yard had never been properly graded, and the entire irrigation system needed to be replaced. There were no planter beds either, so for the sake of curb appeal and weathering around the perimeter of the house, we knew we needed a comprehensive solution. There was no concrete poured in the backyard and the existing “grass” was actually bumpy weeds and dirt.

He partnered with several other contractors and companies to ensure this project was done correctly. He consulted on plant selections patiently and openly, sharing his deep knowledge and understanding of the Michigan climate.

Our property has a lot of grass, and we wanted to make sure to get the best bang for our buck, so we signed up for the incremental fertilizer program. I can’t even tell you how many compliments we receive regularly on our grass! The color, the health, the thickness - it’s stunning - well worth the investment. With two dogs and two kids, we can’t say enough about how much we’ve valued the partnership with Alex and the Everett’s team!
