The company lacks basic integrity. One of their snowplows hit one of our car parked on the road at night. Punctured the a tire and tore up the fender, headlight and bumper. It was on the the end of a dead end street and video shows their plow was the only vehicle there that night. It does not show the actual collision so the driver and company won't take any responsibility. They refused to even pay the deductible for the damage they did.

I first began to use Mast Contractors for seasonal lawn care in spring 2021. They have done a great job every season since then! Cathi has been my point of contact, and she is exceptionally responsive any time I have ever had questions.

Also, Mast Contractors is the only lawn care company in GR that has a riding mower able to fit through narrower (48"-wide) gates, such as the one leading to my back yard.

Regretfully, I had to discontinue service for 2025 due to personal financial reasons. I hope to be able to afford their services again soon!

I hired Renewed for a move out cleaning on my house and needed it looking fantastic for sale pictures. All I did was move my stuff out, I did not clean a single thing. They made my house look brand new! Hiring them took SO much stress out of the process of selling a home. I also got a flat tire on the way to let them in, and they easily accommodated the delay. I’m very pleased with Renewed Comfort Cleaning. Before they came to clean my apartment the place was a disaster. But after the cleaning, my apartment appears brand new.

Kathy came today with her own supplies to do a deep clean. She was very pleasant and kind. We talked through what we were hoping for, then tried to stay out of her way. She worked quietly and efficiently focusing on the two bathrooms, then did some dusting and vacuuming. She asked several times if there was anything else she could do, which we appreciated.

Called them for a move out cleaning to get a house ready for sale. Scheduling was flexible and they were available exactly when I needed them. The cleaning was very thorough and well done. Will use them in the future and I would recommend them to anyone. Cleaning a house to get it ready for sale is a ton of work, and they got it done right.
