We were very happy with our service! The place was shining when they were done. There were a few spots that possibly needed a bit more work but they promptly came back to finish the job. Mistakes happen, so I was not upset about the missed areas. I was extremely happy to see them treat their customers with respect and ensure our satisfaction.

I highly recommend!

TLDR: Overall, satisfactory. Had a few issues, which the company and the cleaner took accountability for.

We were getting our house ready to sell and had photos and showings scheduled for the days immediately following the cleaning, so we needed it house to be spotless. I have a disability, so we thought hiring a professional would be best for my health and the sake of efficiency.

Our cleaner was very friendly and, overall, she did a decent job. We paid for a deep clean, but there were discrepancies between the checklist the cleaner was using and the deep clean checklist posted on the website. I felt uncomfortable having to go around and ask her to complete the tasks that I was paying for, but she was very gracious about it. There were a few things that could have been done better, but since I had already asked her to do things she hadn't planned on doing, and it sort of felt like she had somewhere else to be, I just wasn't up to asking her to redo things she'd already done. She did do more things well than not, and the house smelled amazing!

I did get a follow up message, apologizing for the discrepancy and stating that the issue would be resolved to avoid confusion for future clients, which I appreciated.

This was my first time hiring a professional to clean my home, so I don't know if my experience is outside the norm or not. If I were to hire a service again, I'd be sure to communicate my expectations and clarify what I was paying for ahead of time.

I used Renewed Comfort for deep cleaning service and was very happy with the results. My house feels so fresh and clean! The cleaner arrived exactly on time, was so professional, efficient and did an amazing job. I'm so happy with the outcome!

They did a good job but they could use a check list for this type of cleaning with two people cleaning to make it easier so when they work on the same floor together they know what has been done. Other than that they did a good job thanks for coming the next day after my phone call. I would use your company again.

I recently hired Renewed Comfort Cleaning for a move-out clean of our apartment, and their service was excellent. They were the only company that could accommodate a Sunday cleaning, which was incredibly convenient. From the start, their punctuality and professionalism were apparent—Levy, who I initially spoke with, was both courteous and very responsive, making communication seamless via text, email, and phone.

The cleaner, Kathy, arrived on time, was pleasant, and did a great job. She left the apartment sparkling, including the inside of all the appliances. The price for the service also seemed very fair, adding to the overall positive experience.

There was a minor issue: we had requested that the cleaner sweep the small balcony attached to the apartment. Although she assured us it would be done, it was missed in the final clean. Fortunately, this was easily resolved by borrowing a broom from a neighbor (we had emptied the apartment of all our things) and sweeping it myself. When I contacted Levy, she said an exterior space generally would not be included in a move-out clean but had contacted the cleaner to see what had happened.

Overall, the quality of the cleaning and the professionalism of the team were impressive. I highly recommend Renewed Comfort Cleaning and would definitely use their services again.

Like most places sales seems great and then execution is 0 stars. I needed my house cleaned on a certain day, it was not flexible. My husband and I busted ourselves to make sure all the clutter was picked up and stayed up late ensuring we did everything on their pre-clean check list. 26 minutes before my apt I get a call that one of the cleaners has called in sick and the other can’t do it herself because she needs to leave at 12:30 for an apt. The sales person I talked to said that BOTH cleaners would be there from 8-5 for my deep clean; but apparently it was always known that one would only be there until 12:30. So now, after staying up late to prep for their cleaning checklist, I have had to reschedule my other apt today because I have to clean it myself. If you need reliability, definitely don’t come here. I should have know. It wouldn’t go well when I saw the people scheduled for the clean had done 1 clean and 8 cleans respectively. I am beyond upset because this truly ruined my plans for multiple days and has caused an undue amount of stress when the whole point was for me to de-stress after a really hard 6 months. Negative stars, do not recommend. Also, I’m not blaming the cleaners; people get sick. I am blaming company’s who sell things they know they can’t deliver because they don’t have enough people to cover when things go wrong.

My initial review was pretty poor based on the initial cleaning but after I posted that review the owner reached out to us personally and asked how they could make it right. They worked with OUR schedule and got a cleaner out as soon as they could to make it right.
