When I needed a simple set of o-rings to fix my arborjet air knife this guy really helped me out! The manufacturer wouldn't sell them to me, and neither would Sherrill tree. It took somebody that actually cared. Thank you so much!

Pretty condescending guy to talk to, went in to check the place out and ask a few questions and it was a whole lot of "..why would you do that?" And "...well yeah.." Prices are standard and they have a pretty good selection so definitely worth putting up with bad customer service if you're in a pinch.

I'm relatively new to climbing. Last year, when this place was Midwest Arborist Supply, they were very friendly and helpful, very willing to give information about equipment and techniques. Today, although I was the only customer in the store, the guy behind the desk was rude and dismissive. He acted like he didn't want to deal with me at all. He was very engrossed in what he was doing on his phone. In fact, the information I finally got from him was wrong. I will not be going back there.

I owe a lot to these guys. Matt, Rick, and Brian are so knowledgeable and always willing to help with any situation. Great selection of products, and they get you what you need in order to stay focused on work. Can't recommend this place enough.

I needed an iron nutrient for my pin oak chlorosis. The manufacturer of the Verdur (Fe) product no longer had a retail platform for public purchase. They suggested I try GAS for possible purchase. Went to their website and easily navigated to this product and bought it online. The efficiency of the turnaround would’ve made Jeff Bezos blush. I had a tracking receipt inside of a hour and delivery in less than 24 hours. One of the best online purchase experiences I’ve ever had. Product was exactly as presented. I will certainly use again.

Lathan was awesome! Came out for a one off job, was quick, responsive to any communication, and just a pleasure to work with. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Lathan was friendly, personable and good to work with. He didn’t cut corners. He and his son took their time and were very thorough with my lawn. They were also reasonably prices. We will be using them again.

I hired Lathans to plow behind my rental for the season. I had to call them to ask why the spots had not been cleared still after a couple weeks of snow this winter. When I called the guy said he had driven by but cars were in the spaces so he didn't do it. But never called me to let me know there was an issue? Then my tenants said he essentially yelled at them for telling me the spaces were not being plowed. He did say he was plowing late at night, however tenants work opposite day and night shifts and never saw anything be plowed except the time they had me call. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend this company considering the lack of active communication, unprofessional communication, and excuses to not offer services that were paid for in advance.

Matthew and Earl removed an enormous maple that had seen better days in a very difficult location with lots of vulnerable plantings very nearby. These guys know what they are doing! Absolutely minimal impact and superb clean up after the job. 5 Stars is not enough.

Matthew and Earl did a fantastic job removing several large trees from my property using their lift. They worked efficiently, safely, and left everything clean when they were done. Their expertise really stood out. Highly recommended!

Wow. What a great company, and what an equally as great of a human Matthew is! Have not used him for tree work, but he rescued my cat from way high up in a tree, from a yard over because the property owner is a psychopath and refused us, two cops, two firemen, and Matthew access to her unused woods area of her yard to get her… what a sad individual, I know! We did however have full permission from the other neighbor to use his yard, and that was all Matthew needed and he went right up there in his lift and got her back, even after she ran all the way to the top after attempt one. They say you can judge a person by how they treat animals- and the care, kindness and patience he showed to a cat he’d never met before says everything about his character and the level of professionalism and care you can expect from his business. Needless to say, I am very grateful for B’s Trees and I will look no further than Matthew for all my tree needs, hopefully just for maintenance though, and not another cat rescue- but I know he’s the man for all of the above.
