We have been using Bartlett Tree Service for over thirty years which in itself says something. We have several trees on our lot and have needed a number of maintenance services, managing everything from large branch pruning and tree removal to deep fertilization and pest management- even large shrub pruning and maintenance. Brian Heimstra has been our service representative and has been very professional, responsive and capable in delivering personalized care for our "little forest". Great service!

I was extremely impressed with Bartlett's response time. They showed up in less than 12 hours after I emailed them. However there was no call or contact beforehand so the visit was a surprise which could have been very unfruitful as it was at 11:00 a.m. The gentleman that came out was very unprofessional in our opinion, he gave very short answers, was pushy, and overall just unfriendly. If it wouldn't have been for the rude comments and short answers we very likely would have went with Bartlett for treatment for several trees on our property.

Hands down the only tree company I will ever use. Prompt, polite, and completely professional, Bartlett Tree Experts are everything you could want if you need this type of work done. Highly recommended!

Had an analysis scheduled for last Friday early. Arborist called on Thursday and said he was coming at 2pm which, I couldn't make. He came anyways (Observed on Ring camera) My neighbor was familiar with arborist. Report by next day....Really? I have to call just to inquire about the report on my little red maple (snoopy tree). Still no report, no call......Hopefully there's not an AI generated response to this post.

My mother had a maple tree she wanted taken down. It was about 40- 50ft high and the base was about 32 in diameter. I have a tree service that I have called over the years but decided to give Bartlett a try. Called them on 4/15/24, they came by on 4/19/24 like they said they would. Quoted me 3000.00 to take the tree down and grind the stump!!!! Needless to say, I called up my regular tree service. 800.00 including the grinding.

A large limb broke off and fell into our yard. I called Bartlett, Scott came out the same day, and wrote an estimate. The next afternoon, a crew came in and removed the limb and cleaned up. All professional and efficient. I'd recommend Bartlett!

We had several trees in our yard that we thought would need to be removed, but we scheduled an assessment from Bartlett. Scott was able to come and do an evaluation - what a wealth of knowledge! He was able to suggest trimming and cabling options that allowed us to save our trees and he even answered my many questions about other shrubs on our property. The work was scheduled quickly, and the team that performed the work was professional and efficient. The cleanup they did amazed me - our yard was even cleaner then when they started!

Recently, we had Bartlett Tree Service here to help with tree removal after the storm. Brian was very professional and helpful with what we needed done. When the crew showed up they did such a great job. My husband planned on finishing up what they might leave behind but that wasn't needed. They trimmed and removed everything, raked the yard and then used a blower to clear everything away. Seriously, with only the tree missing you wouldn't even have known they were here! Their professionalism and conversations I had with the crew was unmatched. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. Do NOT hesitate to give them a try you will not be disappointed.Thank you for such great service.

Great experience. Communicated well, called before and went over options. But looks like our old elm needs to come down due to a fungus. Got multiple quotes. Price was same as everyone else and there were by far the most professional. I’m confident they will handle this project well.

About 4-6 weeks ago I met with your Arborist named Kievr or something like that. She looked at two trees and said that she would send me a quote. No quote came. A week or so later I emailed a follow up to ask about getting a quote. I was called back and someone said they would get that for me and then, nothing. About a week and a half ago I received another message that they were going to get that me and then again nothing. I no longer am interested in their service. If you can’t provide a quote after three tries (strikes), how can I expect Bartlett to show up to do the work?

We recently had 3 large White pines removed in our backyard. From the onset of meetings/emails with Nicholas Fortuna to the 2-day removal and cleanup of our property we were extremely pleased with all of their work. Estimated at 50 feet high, each tree was carefully felled to contain the debris on our property as the trees sat at the very back edge of our lot/fence. The workers were professional & considerate and answered any questions that we had. Except for tracks down the side of our property (Bartlett will amend damage in Spring) you would never know they cut & carried out those 3 enormous trees! We are not new customers but would never consider a cheaper company due to their expertise and work provided especially on such a large project. Great Job!

They performed tree removal for an old maple that had split. The workers were polite and skilled, and the price was very fair. Highly recommend them for any tree work.

Darin came out with his crew and trimmed the branches we needed quickly and effectively. He even took down a smaller tree for us. His quote was much more reasonable than other companies. Would definitely use him again.

Top Down cut down 3 trees next to my house as well as other triming. They did an excellent job and respected my property at a good price.

They removed 50 ft of 30 or 40 years of over grown bushes and unruly brush. Did a wonderful job of removing it and cleaning the area afterwards. I am very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them.
