The staff at SavATree are always polite and helpful. More importantly, they show up on time for arborist discussions or actual tree/bush work. I found their cost estimates very reasonable. While not all work was fully completed their first visit, they came back without any questions with no extra charges.

Mitch was very knowledgeable and offered good advice.

Took 3 quotes. These guys were at or below the other 2 quotes and it included stump grinding where the others were not. The crew left my yard better than they found it. I didn't have to clean up anything behind them. I thought the tree was substantial in size but they were in and out before noon. Will recommend to anyone.

So far my experience has been wonderful. Hired SaveATree for forest mowing (twice) and one full day to clear and mulch fallen trees and debris in our back woods. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this company. They took some trees down for us and trimmed some trees two years ago. They were doing work at a neighbors house this spring and knocked on our door to tell us they noticed we were overcharged for the services performed…2 years ago!!! So impressed with their honesty. They ended up sending us a credit back. Great work, great company, honest people!

We've had two recent excellent experiences with SavATree. In the fall a tree fell on our home. SavATree was out within 2 hours removing it from our roof and helping us get our house back in order, coordinating their efforts with our roofer and the fence repair company. Just this past week we had them out to remove some dead trees and to thin out others which were overgrown. Friendly, polite, and competent service. Cannot imagine anyone better.

They did a great job trimming my prize tree. I asked if they could trim it back further and they explained why that would not be good for the tree or aesthetics. That explanation satisfied me.

TL;DR: They removed a tree from a difficult location, work within e-mail (great for people who only have free time after business hours), but left some to be desired in terms of how the site was cleaned up, and methods of contact for unexpected situations.

They're easy to contact and work with through e-mail. We had an estimate complete almost immediately after our request. The tree was removed from a corner location, overhanging 3 garages, and fence lines.

It took longer than expected for the tree to actually come down, about 70 days from the date at which we accepted the quote. I was told I'd receive a call about the date - and we almost went with another tree service, but finally we got a concrete date.

When they showed up to remove the tree, my neighbor's dog was in the way (understandable), but instead of try and give me a call, or come and ring the doorbell, they were planning on leaving. I only found this out after I noticed they were there and walked out to ask if they needed anything.

The tree was removed quickly, and they were gone before I got a chance to talk with them again. They did a pretty good number on the front yard, far away and off to the side from the tree. I was expecting the yard in front of the tree to get torn up, not the yard directly in front of the house. Debris was left behind, both on my and my neighbors yards, and they cracked the concrete of my neighbors driveway with their truck (I believe they've now reached out to the neighbor about his driveway).

We had a great experience with Chris from SaveATree. He was on time, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. There was absolutely no pressure—just honest information and a willingness to help. He even offered to provide a quote if we wanted one, but never pushed us in any direction. Overall, it was a very pleasant and low-pressure experience. We truly appreciated his approach and would definitely recommend Chris and SaveATree to anyone looking for reliable, professional service.

The crew did great work. They safely removed a large limb hanging over my neighbors house and cleaned everything up perfectly when they were done! They were very careful with my lawn while using their equipment too.

The crew did a great job on the trees in our backyard yesterday! We met with arborist Chris who was very knowledgeable and made recommendations on what branches to remove. The whole team were very professional and we were extremely pleased with the quality of their work!

John, in particular, assigned to grind the stump from a recently removed tree in the middle of my back yard so that grass could be replanted and mowed where it once stood, did a superb job cleaning the entire surrounding area of numerous remaining invasive thick grape vine stalks left protruding from the ground in the vicinity of the stump at no charge.
I would highly recommend this company who also had previously pruned/trimmed trees in my
yard prior to the stump grinding in the back yard.

I had 3 trees come down onto my house during a storm. Next day Dylan Gorbold was at my house to do an inspection and quote. Second day the team arrived and made excellent quick quality work to remove the trees. These guys did awesome.

I asked for help trimming a tree and they did a great job! Knowledgeable and quick turnaround, reasonably priced. Helped me understand what would be best for the tree's health long term. Would recommend.

Terrific experience. We have an old, aging dogwood that needed some TLC. Michael came out to give us a free quote and is super nice, professional, and knowledgeable. We decide to go with his recommendation. Jon Stover, the technician, came out and did a wonderful job taking care of our tree. He is a very warm and personable human, very easy to talk to- I had some concerns about some of our other landscaping and he happily shared his time and information. It was very obvious that he is passionate about his work, which I just loved.

The trimmers came on a cold and snowy day recently and took care of our winter trimming needs on several large trees-- professionally and thoroughly. Thank you.
