Eli is extremely knowledgeable, putting the health of the trees first. The work was done in a timely fashion with complete clean-up. I would definitely recommend Heartwood Tree Care.

Heartwood Tree Care's crew was professional and friendly. They did a great job with the removal and clean up of a dead tree in our side yard (which was close to power lines).

Trustworthy and knowledgeable to the core. We are working on keeping the primary, giant tree on our property as healthy as possible. We set up a multi-year agreement, and don't have to keep track or monitor a thing. They have managed the entire process, as initially described.

Ian and the guys did an excellent job removing some trees from my back yard. They where professional and on time. They also quoted me lower price than 2 other competitors. payment was easy online as well.

Heartwood lifted the canopy of some mature trees in our backyard (and our neighbor's backyard). It made a huge difference in the usability of our backyard and in the ability to grow healthy grass. Heartwood was on time, professional, and cleaned up all the debris. I highly recommend them for tree maintenance.

These guys are really good. They are knowledgeable and very precise. They took down about 10 junk trees and a big 30 ft pear in our back yard. They were very careful about our ornamental plantings. Did everything we asked for and more. I would hire them again in a minute. Reasonably priced too.

Excellent and Knowledgeable Service. They were able to repair my storm-damaged oak as well as routine clean-up on my other oak and maple trees. While other tree services only offered to remove my storm-damaged oak, Heartwood recommended and provided cleaning the wounded area and specific fertilization to ensure the tree remains for many years to come.

I was referred to Eli for tree issues by our landscape maintenance company, and I have to say I've been more than pleased with Eli and his crew. I had him out to the property the past two Springs, dropping dead trees, cleaning up the limbs on unbalanced trees, trimming and treating the White Pines so they actually look like trees again with pronounced terminal growth (weevils took up residency and were turning the top of the trees into bushes) .......... and the property (2 acres) has never looked better! Beyond his skills as a tree climber, he's very knowledgeable on when best to trim and how to trim. He's very patient and an excellent teacher, easily sharing his knowledge of the various species in the area, habitats, issues with, and best replacements. I feel very fortunate to have Eli and crew on my go to list, and I think you would come to the same conclusion..........

Heartwood Tree Care owner and certified arborist Eli is a great communicator, knowledgeable, respectful, professional, and apparently a great boss. His team work carefully and efficiently. He has been a joy to work with!

This team's hard work really showed. They expertly felled very large trees in a field of others that I wanted to keep, including my house. The clean up and piling of firewood made my property look better than when he arrived. Eli's knowledge of tree care, tree biology was refreshing and he was willing to take time to share with me. Because of this, I will be following up with this team on tree care and maintenance for the rest of my newly planted and existing trees.

Originally had project quotes fall of 2020 and Heartwood tree care stuck with their original quote even with all the crazy inflation going on. Eli was very communicative and the organization was honest and caring enough to highlight the risk to the property (Home) and brought a crane in to do the job even though it was not quoted that way. Furthermore the company came back in the spring to fix the damages to the lawn that was left by the heavy machinery. The organization is true to their word and I was %100 satisfied with the job.

I actually haven’t used this service (yet) but in my two encounters with Eli, I was impressed by his knowledge and general arborist wisdom in diagnosing some problematic trees on my property.
What was more impressive is his honesty in not trying to push for a contract in any way. There was rational discussion of the possibilities and whether work was truly necessary at this point. Feeling no pressure was refreshing. I highly recommend this service!
