Matt & Ryan were very pleasant and amiable. Soon after they arrived we walked our property and reviewed the work to be done. I returned inside as I was working from home for the afternoon. When I heard no sound of power saws or equipment, I checked to see if work was being done. It was - they were using hand saws and being quite meticulous in their pruning. I had 5 trees pruned and they did a beautiful job - their work was quite artistic. I am not easily pleased, but I am VERY satisfied with the work that was done. They did a great job. The trees look beautiful. And the pricing very reasonable and fair. I chose Good Earth because of my meeting with Brett (the company owner) - who is a certified arborist (I had spoken to another and had a meeting scheduled with a second arborist, but after talking with Brett cancelled that meeting) - due to his knowledge and natural, organic approach. I will use them again and recommend them to others.

I would highly recommend Good Earth Tree Care! They do exceptional work and are very easy to work with. We were very impressed with their clean up and removal of a very large tree in our yard. When they left we said it didn't even look like anyone had been there. I loved getting the detailed estimate so that we could pick and choose what to do. It made things easier for us financially. They are good people who care about their customers satisfaction. We look forward to working with them in the future!

Good Earth Tree Co was professional in responding to me and keeping me up to date with regard to when they would start the job. The crew was happy to discuss the work when they arrived and did a nice job of trimming trees and removing invasive species. The yard looked great when they were finished.

Very pleased with the work performed by the two-man crew from Good Earth over two days. We had three estimates and chose this team. We have a lot of oak trees in our large yard that were overgrown and dead branches up very high. The team was clearly very knowledgeable, safety-minded and efficient. They brought all the right heavy equipment and even hand raked everything when done very thoroughly. Highly recommend.

I've hired Good Earth Tree Care to manage trees both at my home and at my church. They have always been knowledgeable, courteous, and industrious. They know trees and what makes them healthy. And they've removed many trees and made efficient work of it. I will hire them again when I need to!

Good Earth Tree Service pruned and removed branches that were obscuring the views from various windows in our home. Some of the branches on the Japanese Maple, were so low that the view from the street obstructed the view of the house. The crew cut, and trimmed the limbs from various trees on our property while maintaining the natural shapes of our Japanese Maple and pine trees on our property. The crew did a great job cleaning up the work site while carefully respecting the delicate garden areas. I highly recommend Good Earth Tree Care for any future tree services you might have need for. Good Earth Tree Care is the only company we use!

Last year, we had AMAZING service with Good Earth! They did a spectacular job from very prompt estimate for taking down a huge tree in our front yard to the final cleanup! The crew was efficient, kept the yard clean and we were beyond impressed.

The only reason they have 2 stars is because I can't give a 2.5 rating.

This year, we had contacted them in regards to a small job that we would like taken care of.

We were told that "Rick" would be around Monday and get us a quote.

I had emailed Tuesday to ask if he was able to make it out as there was zero communication of what was going on.

We were told yes and that Rick was working on an estimate and may call us that afternoon.

We waited and waited. Friday afternoon around 4:00pm we still had no estimate nor any contact from this company.

A complete 180 from last year where our assessor was here and we had an estimate that evening.

I emailed that Friday evening and told them they lost our business and will never get a referral from us again.

Monday at 6:00pm (7 days later) still no response - they went cold.if you don't want to do the job just tell us don't be ghosting us!

I needed a certified arborist who understood mature arborvitae, some of which had been damaged by the January snow storm. Rick Vuyst, the company rep, established himself as the bid to beat with his field knowledge, fair price, and concern for the proper care of the trees. The crew was customer-focused and friendly. Mary, who scheduled the job and communicated with me, was responsive and professional. Good Earth lived up to the good reputation passed along from a trusted reference. I would have them back without hesitation.

The arborist who came to do the estimate was very knowledgeable, professional, and low pressure. The workers did exactly what he said they would do AND did an excellent job of cleaning up. I am 100% satisfied with the quality of their work and for fair pricing!

They did a great job of balancing aesthetics with safety while trimming a tree with significant damage to large branches. I am pleased with the way the tree looks, and that I don't have to be concerned about large limbs landing on the house.

Good Earth was the company that really stepped up when a huge oak tree fell on my house in the awful storm of May 15, 2025. Lots of wind damage meant arborists weren't returning calls or were only offering to take a job for double the normal rate. I was feeling pretty hopeless when a friend put me in touch with Good Earth. They responded right away, gave a fair quote, and did a great, thorough job of removing the tree. Now contractors can start to address the significant damage to my house. So grateful!

We asked Good Earth to assess some of the trees in our yard. They helped us understand which trees needed to come down, and which trees could be left alone. It was a very transparent and thorough estimation process. There was no pressure to do more than what was necessary. On the contrary, they made us feel comfortable about not removing a couple of trees. Once we accepted the estimate, they completed the whole project within about a week. It was a good experience and we would use them again.

Good Earth did a great job removing a large tree and 3 other smaller trees. Both Dave and Amy worked hard and cleaned up the job nicely.
