I emailed the company after having damage to our yard twice after snow plowing and the snow was pushed was up almost to our porch. Received a very snarky, rude response from Steve Johnson "It's your snow I'm only moving it. I won't take the snow with me. Have a great weekend." Also never reseeded in the spring as promised in the email. Never again. Damaged our planter boxes another time, but I didn't bother mentioning to them as it was obvious they could give a rip about customer service.

Last week, Larry's Lawn Service & Snowplowing took down 3 trees at my mother-in-law’s place. Her house is surrounded by woods, the grass is thin and not real dense. She was worried that the equipment would damage the grass and the sprinklers. The crew was very careful not to run over any of the sprinklers, there was one that was very close to where trees would be dropped; they covered it with one of the thick mats used to protect the lawn. Excellent service with trimming large tree branches and shrubs recently. Quick response time and thorough cleanup. They also removed a large tree from our front yard last year and ground the stump, leaving no mess and no trace of the tree. Highly recommend this company!

I was recently doing some research into local companies to provide Fall Cleanup and Snow Removal services , and I came across Larry's Lawn Service. A very good friend of mine has been using their service for most of the year this year , so I asked him about his experience.

I was absolutely disgusted by what I heard.

In this day and age , with everything going on in the world , I can't believe Larry and his employees would conduct business how they have been.

Serious lack of communication in the office , a TERRIBLE presentation of professionalism when presented with an issue , and absolutely ZERO desire to provide a humane level of customer service.

I wouldn't trust this business or anyone they are affiliated with for service in any way shape or form.

I contacted Larry's Tree Service about a week ago and they came out to cut down a 40 ft tall pear tree. Crew came out and did a fantastic job. Next day they came out and ground out a stump and did a really solid job of that and cleaning it up. I would recommned Larry's to anyone. Thanks for a great job.

The owner Steve came out to my property to remove a stump. He hit my driveway 3 times with the stump grinder. He then left, not even making me aware of the damage. He did cover the broken driveway with debris so I couldn’t notice the damage. (very sneaky and unethical)

I filed an insurance claim with his insurance and he cancelled the claim and said he would compensate me. It’s been two months now. My driveway is not fixed nor have I been compensated nor will they call me back. Very poor business practice.

Lawyers have been hired and now I have the headache of collecting in court.

I recommend Larry's Lawn Service - I had them grind up a very large stump and they were able to arrive quickly and professionally complete the task. The price was also reasonable.

Larry and his team were great to work with! Their equipment was impressive and took down four 60-70ft trees in just one day. Their employees were professional. I would recommend them for anyone making changes in their landscape

Two 95 ft. tall Cherry trees needed removal as they were drilled with woodpecker holes and endangering out buildings. Larry's Service responded quickly to my call and did an outstanding job of removal and cleanup for easily the best price around. These guys are the best!!!.

These guys did an incredible job! They were extremely polite! Came and did the quote and completed the work order in the same day! And were very careful not to tear up my lawn with their equiptment. I highly recommend their services for anyone who needs tree work or lawn care services.

We had trees down because of the winter weather. Larry came the same day and quoted the job. It was a great price. The guys came and they were done in hardly anytime. They cleaned the yard and took all the debris. I asked if they would cut the river birch logs and even carried them down to my patio. Now that’s service! 👍

We had a major tree come down in the recent storm while we were out of town. Our experience started with Larry's Tree Service answering the phone the very next day. The service rep got my information and said that someone would be in touch soon. Later that day I received a reasonable quote via text. Within a day or two, the tree was completely gone. A couple of days later, the stump was removed, fill brought in and re-seeded. It was like it never even happened...all completed in a couple of days, with prompt, professional service. With my undiagnosed OCD, I am pretty tough to please and Larry's Tree Service exceeded my expectations! Thank you!

These guys are wonderful. Friendly and professional. They also did a fantastic job with the work. We had a few old pine trees removed, stumps ground out and a super large maple tree trimmed in the backyard. We would definitely recommend Larry's to anyone !

We had a nightmare of an elm tree in our yard, randomly drops large branches on clear non windy days. We got a few estimates, Larry's beat all of them. What drew me to the company was seeing their convoy of work trucks drive past my house, they have really neat toys and I know anyone that spends that kind of money on equipment is someone that takes a great deal of pride in their business. We really liked the idea of not having heavy bucket trucks in our yard. For the job itself, these guys were amazing!!! Arrived first thing in the morning as I was getting home from work, the crew was very professional and friendly even taking time on one of their cooling off breaks to meet and pet our new puppy. They got the tree down faster than I expected them to, cleaned all the limbs and sticks, raked the work area and were loading their equipment back onto the trucks before I could even thank them and tell them how good the yard looked and how happy we are not to be dealing with that tree anymore. All of this on one of the 90+ degree days too! The only problem that I have is Google will only let me give 5 stars. I would definitely use these guys again!

Affordable and did a fantastic job! They took down one dead tree and a large limb that was overhanging our garage and did a great job, protected the lawn from their heavy equipment and cleaned everything up beautifully too. Very polite employees also!

I have been working with Larry's for a couple of months now with tree removal and maintenance. Larry is so down to earth and easy to work with. The crews are 100% professional and do an outstanding job. Never a single issue with the work and the trees look amazing when they are finished.

We recently contacted a few companies for quotes on a tree and stump removal. Larry's had a faster response time and a better quote. But, what really inspired me to leave a review--was their service. I was very satisfied with how the employees worked professionally and efficiently together to cut down and remove the tree. The final clean-up was beyond satisfactory! There was no sign of branches, twigs or even leaves left behind. They went so far as to clean-up the slight traces in the road--where their trucks had been parked. (I cannot tell you how many times I have witnessed lawn maintenance crews blowing debris in the road--just to be left there!) I feel that I should also mention, that this coincided with a storm that had left many trees and branches down all over town. So, in comparison to the other companies' results in our own neighborhood alone, I know that we made the best choice! I (and even some of my neighbors!) would highly recommend employing Larry's Lawn Service!

We had Larry’s crew come out and remove two large trees as well as the stumps. . The job was done very professionally and in a timely manner. The cost was reasonable and they completed the job exactly as I requested. I am a repeat customer and would highly recommend this company.

From the first quote to the last branch trimmed and leaves removed... this was an excellent experience! I love the white oak in my front yard and I put my trust in the crew and they did a great job to trim the tree and keep it healthy... while making my home safer. I would recommend Larry's crew anytime!

We were extremely impressed with Larry’s Tree Service. The workers were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We had an extremely large tree taken down from the front of our home that was just a few inches from our front porch. The tree took almost an entire day to get down as the workers were carefully cutting the tree protecting our home as well as staying safe. The entire neighborhood got a kick out of how involved this tree cutting process was!
We are so happy with the service and recommend to anyone!
