Special jobs project management Steve Kent was rude and unprofessional everytime I met with him.

Friendly and fast customer service! Very high quality work. People walking by my house often remark about wow great my lawn looks!

Regularly late. Often do more damage than repair. I worked for a less than stellar landscape company, but they were better than this company.

I'm actually not a TLC customer. However, a neighbor of mine is. I was chipping away at the ice/snow that the city plows dumped at the end of my driveway, when TLC came to plow my neighbor out. The driver saw me, shooed me away, and proceeded to plow me out in nothing flat! Thanks TLC!

The crew we have is conscientious and considerate of our wishes. They are awesome! We are so pleased with our service from Tender Lawn. Our lawn looks wonderful.

I'm new to using this service but so far have been very pleased with their lawn care. They don't mow like they're in a race to see how much they can get done in a day, but instead mow as if they lived here, with efficiency and care.

Thank you Tendercare employee for threatening to "dump more leaves in a yard than anyone can handle" for a extremely small amount of leaves in the road. A little empathy for the senior neighbor who lost his wife after nearly 49 years of marriage might be nice too. To threaten someone simply helping someone else out is rude & uncalled for.

We have worked with TLC for a long long time, multiple generations in fact. They are known to be one of the best lawn maintenance companies in G.R. Their trucks are professional and distinctive and they do a great job at a reasonable price.

I think TLC should train there worker problem resolution management as I experienced the wrath from its workers serving my neighbor, all over some silly nonsense. Wish could post some pictures. Can't blame the company, but workers carry company's burden of representation. Keep clear of these crew in truck plates CD 95962 since if they don't like what you are doing they will deal with you directly as though these were the wild west days.

Terrible experience. This is my first full year with this company and I'm not pleased. They were charging me for weeding and I noticed I still had huge weeds in my yard and they told me that the weeding charge is for in plant beds not the actual yard.... I have no plant beds. So basically they charged me and didnt do anything. They have also left my gate to my fenced in yard opened twice. The first time they did it I called to let them now and was forgiving about it. The second time they did it is just bad service. I have a fenced in yard because I have a dog- a pitbull. Thanks to this company I had to run around trying to catch my dog while I'm 39 weeks pregnant. They also blew debri and leaves into my neighbors yard, I feel like for how much I pay for their services that they should be removing it and discarding it. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Tender Lawn Care plows the parking lot of the Library where i worked. I usually arrive early while the lot is still being plowed. The driver is always helpful to clear a spot for me so I won't have to move my car later. I recently flagged him down to learn his name. He's Andrew, a really nice guy that does a great job. Thanks.

I've been in Facilities management for 23 years and Tender Lawn is BY FAR the most service-friendly contractor I've ever dealt with. From Jamin on down the staff shares a common goal of customer satisfaction and service with excellence- something that is rare these days. My appreciation to this company, and their workers!

Outstanding team in place for large landscaping projects! We had a retaining wall replaced and patio with a firepit placed in our backyard. We could not be any happier with the final results and the care that was taken on the work and to restore the property back to its original condition due to the machinery needed for the project.

I have used TLC for fertilizing, yard clean up, and some mowing for many, many years. The do a fantastic job for reasonable prices. They have great employees and truly do care. A local company that does a great job for a great price - what more could you want?

This company does great work and has really good employees. They mowed and fertilized my yard in the spring/summer/fall. When the snow fell, they were plowing at the neighbors and saw me me struggle to shovel out my driveway approach - the driver, an employee I'd never even met before, came and helped me clear it out. He wasn't obligated, but helped out anyway. Great folks - I'd recommend them for anything.

We have used Tender Lawn Care Services for several years. The technicians are very aware of our needs and respond accordingly. We have used them for fertilizing, lawn mowing, reseeding a large area of our lawn and replacing a retaining wall. We have been pleased with all aspects of their service.

I consider Tender Lawn Care as “true partners” in my landscaping and lawn care needs.

My front yard was in terrible shape and I contacted several companies to come give me a quote as to what they feel would need to be done. Tender Lawn Care was the only company that suggested that I give my lawn some care and bring it back slowly with their help versus others were wanting to lay all brand new sod which could have costed me thousands.

Within one season My yard was strong and Beautiful!

Today, they are the keeper of all of my landscaping needs including fall cleanup and spring cleanup.

When there has been issues they have been quick to respond and resolve the situation. Their workers are respectful and professional and go above and beyond.

In today’s world of having to compete with big companies that have big marketing plans it’s hard to get business. That is why wanted to share this review. I would not use any other company.
