We had water dripping through the ceiling into our bedroom and bathroom. Called East and Plumbing and Jeff was here within two hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem got everything fixed for a fair price. I do wish he would have taken the time to clean up some of the mess.But I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Outstanding service! The technician made contact several times to let me know he was running behind schedule. Excellent service. I really appreciated his honesty regarding my situation. I will definitely use east end again.

Chase did a fine job bringing gas to my dryer. He even brought his tool to check my stove for gas leaks b/c I was smelling gas. Which was great it was leaking and it led to discovery of other leaks, even a leak outside that required a tech from consumers energy to come out and replace the regulator.

Hands down the best experience I've had with any plumber. Jeff came out to replace a failed spigot and did an awesome job. On time, great communication, very thorough, and wonderfully helpful (he even helped me locate my main shutoff under an access panel I didn't know existed). 100% recommend and will be using again.

Excellent Personality and very Professional, he did a Wonderful Job ,explained what my problem was and what he had to do to fix my Issue.

I would give it a 5 but one of my Pipes were a little loose.

I called them back and they were more happy to have him come back to fix it.

I recommend this Company, and the Phone Service was Nice and well.

They came and fixed the problem with the toilet. So glad to get it back working again! Would definitely recommend them. Very courteous and helpful.

Ask for Cohan! Him and Neo were great. I had a wonky gas line running across the house feeding an old fireplace I wanted removed. They made sure everything was done right, safe and fast. Cohan took the time to explain the process and price options to make sure I was comfortable with whatever we decided to do. I greatly appreciated that. Awesome customer service is too rare these days- thanks fellas!

What an amazing experience. We had Cohen and Neil come out to do the install of our water heater. Very knowledgeable, very kind and professional. My wife was so pleased she gave them a big hug at the end. Keep up the great work, we will definitely be using your service again if needed.

All of my old cast iron plumbing was replaced. They fixed things as they went along even though it wasn't why they were there. They arrived when they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves. They will be my only plumbing company I will use from now on

I had called a A few different plumbing services before I had East End plumbing come to my house. I turned down the other plumbing companies because they did not seem to be honest or care. It seemed like the other companies just wanted my money.

Christian from East end plumbing was very honest. He made me feel very safe and it did not feel like he was just doing service for money. He cared! He did an amazing job by indicating that my plumbing problem was not on my property and he worked with the city to pass that information on. Initially, everything worked out in the long run.

There should be more plumbing businesses like East End Plumbing however, there is not... My choice will always be them! Thank you again for your kind and honest service! It was very much appreciated. !!!

Eli with East End Plumbing did an excellent job of communicating what he was doing. He took the time to answer my questions and get answers for me if he did not know the answer. Very professional and knows his job well. I highly recommend East End Plumbing for any job that you need a plumber for. They go the extra MILE for the customer.

Jeff listened well and explained things well. I was encouraged and informed. And he got our old water heater to work, too!

Cam and Christian were awesome! I appreciate how the company gives a one hour window for them to arrive, not for or five hour windows like most other companies do. They showed up within 15 minutes of that window, they used the camera to scope my sewer and found two issues right away. They said that the company doesn't do that kind of work, which I knew that, and gave me some references for companies that do. They were reasonably priced and had great customer service. I will work with them in the future.

I called East End to see if they could come out today. They were here within 30 minutes. Jeff looked at things, said he had all the parts on the truck and got to work. He finished up in good time, cleaned up everything, made sure no leaks. Very professional and he's very personable. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them. I have their number now in my phone and some cards to pass to family. Thanks Jeff, you saved the day.

Ethan did a great job. He let me know cost upfront and solved my issue quickly. He was informative and respectful of my home I would recommend them and will definitely be calling them for any future issues I may have.

Nick and Eli came out today to fix our very dated plumbing for our new shower and tub renovation. Nick was extremely helpful in explaining what he was going to replace and how he was going to accomplish this. We had planned to do the fixture install ourselves, but we'd rather do it right, so Nick set up another appointment for us on the spot to come out in two days so we can get the tile up before he returns. A great team, on-time and very helpful! We will definitely use East End Plumbing for any future projects. Thank you!

Chase and Mark are just good dudes. They explained everything every step of the way and gave me options for the scope of work to be done after making an analysis. They aren’t out to extort folks: you’re going to get quality work at a reasonable price.
