Coen and fellow apprentice very friendly, courteous, because of weather conditions, wore booties covering shoes coming into home. I showed them toilet tank problem, they investigated it and gave me a solution and cost. We agreed to proceed, and because of required part, they had to make a trip to Plummers Supply, resulting going to 3 separate ones, because of out of stock part. Coen called, explained why taking so long! Both guys worked in a timely manner being careful of their sourroundings. They fixed the problem, resulting in removal of tank, answered all my questions and concerns, plus cleaning up of total mess required of repair. I wouldn't hesitate having them back again for plumbing repair again!

Cam and Jeff have both been absolutely amazing. They helped us diagnose an issue where our bathrooms had been backing up every couple months or so for awhile, and were able to get us taken care of! Would absolutely suggest East End Plumbing for any plumbing concerns, they will get you taken care of.

Matt and Cam were very helpful and friendly. They took the time to explain it all to me and gave me info on the prices to get rest done. I would highly recommend your company.

We had Chase, Neal and Coen working at our home today after giving us a great bid. They were prompt, communicated well, very friendly and our dogs loved them. They replaced all our old galvanized and pvc water pipes in a cramped Michigan basement. We are thrilled with their work and would surely call them again if the need arises. You can’t go wrong.

I hired East End Plumbing for multiple plumbing projects. The first project was a simple service that was needed at a home I was selling to make some minor repairs. Matt was a fantastic professional who listened to my goals and instructed his team how to accomplish them, within budget, scope and on time. The second was an emergency repair for another property, Matt dispatched his team prior to having 100% confirmation that the service would even be needed, just to make sure that if it was, they would already be enroute.

We had an excellent experience using East End Plumbing to repair our leaking shower. They gave us an appointment quickly. Their technician called on the way and arrived as scheduled. The technician was genuinely a very nice person and a very skilled plumber. Problem was resolved and pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely use this company again for any future plumbing repairs.

My mother has Alzheimer’s and they were so accomedating to getting her toilet and sink foxed. Asap. They kept me informed all the way and were affordable. With my mother on a fixed income they worked with us. Highly recommend them. Great, knowledgeable and kind.

My service worker was Matt. He came in and he made sure he had shoe coverings on. He was very professional, very kind and friendly. He explained everything that we needed to get it fixed. Showed me options online. Ran up to the store, got the equipment we needed and within 3 hours replaced everything I needed! Very fair price. My sewer drain ended up backing up because of roots which lead to not being able to run any water in the house without water coming up in my basement. Ended up calling a bunch of different companies around town to see if they could roto-rooter my drain. All the companies were not available to come out the same day or they were insanely priced. Ended up calling Butlers. They arrived within 2 hours of me calling and the price was fair. Zach did a great job and explained everything he was doing while showing me the camera footage inside the drain line clearing roots. 10/10 company. Will definitely be using them for all my plumbing needs.

Les just came through within an hour to fix a clogged drain the day before Thanksgiving for my sister’s and brother in law! Definitely will recommend him especially for emergency situations! Real good Communication and response!
