My real estate agent personally recommended Butler’s and I’m glad she did! They did a plumbing home inspection (my first home) after my general home inspection identified potential crack in a main pipe leading out to the city (a very expensive repair). Butler’s quelled my fears and actually found other issues within the home that I was able to negotiate with. I then had Butler’s do the repairs and I’m glad I did! No leaking pipes within my home, no unsafe steel pipes hanging on by plastic attachments over my head while I do laundry. My dad (a general contractor who has done plumbing on my childhood home) said they did a really great job. Butler’s even came out a few times thereafter when I had some concerns and checked in on me to make sure that I was taken care of. I really appreciate having folks like Butler’s who I can actually rely on to do a good job and take care of my home so I don’t have to worry. Highly recommend!

Zach was excellent, he laid out all of the options for having our water heater replaced. The work was done quickly, professionally, and to code. No mess to clean up after he left. I will always recommend Les and his team!

Couldn't be happier with Butler's. I called a few plumbers on Monday December 29th. I knew exactly what I wanted to have done. Most wouldn't even give me a ballpark quote for the basic work items needed, and wanted to come out for an on-site estimate 2-3 weeks out. Les from Butler's called me right back, and gave me a quick estimate over the phone, and said he had availability Wednesday the 31st. Les arrived on time, and even had a colleague come out as well since I had communicated that we had a last minute schedule change in our day and had to have the work done earlier so we could pick up our son. They completed all items I requested, and came in right at their estimated price, which was far less than other estimates I received. Very fair, prompt, and to the point. I will definitely be using them for any and all plumbing work I need in the future.

Zach did an awesome job. He was professional and courteous. He really listened to my questions and concerns. I really feel that he went the extra mile in all aspects of the service provided. I would definitely recommend this company.

I called this company recently to schedule an appointment for a backed-up main sewer line. Zach came over promptly and removed all the roots. He was diligent, kind, and got the job done efficiently. We had a new refrigerator delivered and installed by an appliance store. They didn’t hook the water line up properly and we had a leak. I called Butler’s Rooter and the man who answered walked me through finding our water shutoff. He didn’t have to do that, and after the appliance store told me it was my problem to get fixed, I called Butlers Rooter back, and he sent someone out immediately. The man was polite, fast, efficient, and fixed our issue.

I contacted Butler's through the Thumbtack app at about 10pm at night and they responded within minutes. They said they would be there between 11am-1pm, they showed up at 10am. Zach the technition was great. Very friendly, efficient and got things taken care of quickly. Would highly recommend them!

We had a sewer backup, and I had talked to Butler’s months ago when I had a similar issue in a house we renovated, though I’d already booked with someone else. They had great rates, explained things well, and were friendly and helpful.

I knew who to call the next time that issue came up! They showed up within a day, cleared 9 different points of blockage I believe and everything is flowing again the way it should! Highly recommend!

Les was very friendly and I could tell he was busy and still took my call. Herbie showed up to do the work and was also very friendly and thorough!

I have hired multiple companies through out 25 yrs of ownership. When previous companies did the work, they never had done such a total cleaning of my main sewer lines to the road. There worked was always under hour. Les Butler serviced my home did a excellent cleaning which took 4 hours. He also gave awesome recommendations and help regarding my sewer. We were very happy w the service! Zach was professional, knowledgeable, and so helpful. They came out quickly to address the problem, and we really appreciated the time he took to explain what needed to be done and how to maintain things going forward. They were recommended by our usual plumber (who couldn’t come for over three weeks) and said they were honest and did great work — I can confirm that’s absolutely true!

Wonderful customer service. They texted when they were on the way. They showed up on time. Their serviceperson put down floor covers before bringing in their modern equipment. They had a camera to search the sewer line to find and identify the clog and they had a serious snake to break up the clog. The serviceperson said the snake was powerful enough to even clear out tree roots if roots cause the blockage, but that wasn't necessary for our situation. The serviceperson was very professional and friendly and gave us some good advice.

I called other companies before finding Butler's Rooter. Other places that claimed 24 hour service said it would take them 3 days to come. I called on a Friday, but they wouldn't come out that day or on the weekend. Apparently 24 hour service excludes Friday afternoons, Saturdays, and Sundays. Butler's said they could come first thing Saturday morning, which was great. Their quoted rate was less than the others and they give a one year guarantee. My advice is firget the others and call Butler's first.

Our laundry room needed a new gas line, water lines repositioned, and an electric outlet moved. Les and his crew were very efficient, personable and did a great job. They went the extra mile and coordinated the electrical work. They listened, and were thoughtful about making sure they provided the best solution. I’d have them back to do other work.

Quick service for an emergency and fair pricing in my opinion. I called around 7 and they had Herbie D on site at 9, and he did a fantastic job. Stayed on it the entire time and handled 6 dense rootballs within 3 hours. Explained the process as he did it and cleaned the main out so well I couldnt see a single root on the camera after he finished. Ill definitely be going with them again.

Great company, my new favorite plumber for cleaning pipes and removing roots. Professional, quick and fair priced. Very easy to work with and available on a Saturday!

Les did a great job educating me on our pumps and basement plumbing! He provided really reasonable quotes and even checked out my sink before he left. We had the entire family coming to our house for a Thanksgiving/Christmas dinner. A big box store left us with a major problem when they showed up and told us they couldn't install our new gas oven because 'We' didnt have the right parts. Grabbed the computer and started researching local plumbers on a Thursday night after 6 pm. Called Butler, 10 mins later Les calls us back, and said he may be able to help us Friday, Saturday at the latest. Friday morning Les sends Zach our way. Zach shows up and said we did have the right parts, 15 mins later hes done we have an oven. We are so thankful for Les/Zach they literally saved our Holidays. We were expecting a large bill for the short notice. Nope price was very affordable and reasonable. Butler will have all of our business going forward. Will recommend to all our friends.
