Great service! They are quick, reliable and best prices offered. I had an emergency no heat situation on a Saturday morning and I called another company (won't mention the name) but they wanted $125 just for diagnostics. I called Hakim and he said he will be there in 30 minutes and when he came, he found out what's wrong with the furnace in a very professional way and fixed it nicely and all he took was $80. Hakim is the guy to go to when it comes to furnaces because he knows what he is doing and he is super fast and not greedy.

Very reliable. They installed both a furnace and A/C for me in the same day. They were quick and arrived on time as promised. Later on I had a problem with the Google Nest. They sent someone right away and they resolved the issue. They are honest and trustworthy I would highly recommend them

Express Heating and Cooling installed a new outdoor A/C unit on 7-28-2023. Ahmed arrived at my home the same day and diagnosed the old one and he advised we get a new unit. (bad compressor) The guys installed the new A/C unit, with all new hoses and wires. They did an excellent job and cleaned up when they were done. Also, it was 90 degrees outside while they did the work. I would highly recommend Express Heating and cooling. They do good, honest work. -Matt

I cannot be more than happy with Hakim from Express Heating and Cooling. Called him on Saturday, Sunday he saw the job and assessed the needs, Monday he installed Payne furnace +ac and a waters heater. I cannon express more the honesty, professionalism, promptness, communication and fair pricing that i got from him especially doing the whole transaction over the phone being out of state .My tenants were impressed with his team and they are a keeper in this business.

I have used Express Heating and Cooling for two of my properties since I have found out about them. Hakim always responds when you call him and fixed an air conditioning issue that another contractor could not fix, in a very quick time frame. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Express was both Affordable but committed to high quality work for a full Heat + central air replacement at my home. Not only were they affordable, but delivered on more than they said including making sure my gas appliance lines were updated. Ahmad the service manager came to inspect my furnace and gave me a free city inspection report and did not charge anything for his visit, unlike other companies who wanted to charge me just for coming out. They did everything up to code tested all gas lines water lines and made sure both the heat and ac worked perfectly. On top of that they cleaned up very well after their job.

This started with a spring maintenance call for checking the ac unit. The two techs were not compliant & incompetent There was nothing wrong with this unit until they did a maintenance check on it. The technicians amped the capacitor, leaving the wires burnt and within eight hours to the AC unit did not work. Contacting Express, AC and heating we were scheduled. For a 10 AM service to repair and replace the capacitor on 5/29/25 they were a no-show. I will say to never use this company! 0 stars . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Very professional and knowledgeable. I had a emergency where my furnace would not stay on and they showed up right away and fixed the temperature control module in furnace on the spot and never had an issue after that. They were very polite and respectful towards us and the house. All the precautions were taken to not dirty the house or anything like that. I highly recommend their speed/efficiency on these cold days.

I had very good overall experience with this company. Ahmed helped me with choosing the right size AC for my home, also helped me with bigger AC/heating unit replacement for a commercial building. Prices were great. The team that came to my house were very nice, professional and polite. Will definitely do more business with them.
