I called this company to replace my furnace and Hakim was out the next day. Took out my old furnace and replaced it with a high efficiency one! The price was right and his work is supreme. Great people! Great service! Great price! I had my whole HVAC replaced and let me tell you it was no easy task. My furnace is in the crawl space and it sure was hot out. These guys worked very hard and they all knew what they were doing. I had another local company not even give me an estimate because the job was too much for them but not Express Heating and Cooling! I've known Said Hakim, who owns Express Heating and Cooling for many years.

He's an honest guy, and has very reasonable prices.

I have a few properties in Dearborn Heights, and the surrounding area, and truthfully, Said Hakim is my go-to for any HVAC issues.

In 2020 he installed new furnace and AC unit to one of my homes.

3 years later when said furnace furnace came up, Mr. Hakim came out and fixed it quickly and efficiently for free because its still under warranty.

I had a problem with my AC unit and I called about 4 companies. All 4 gave me extremely high prices during the consultation because they said I had to replace it. I then called express heading and cooling where I was surprised to be given a very affordable price. They worked very fast and they were professionals. They were very clean during the whole process. They even explained everything to me because I was clueless about how this stuff works! The next day, they even called me to make sure I was happy with the AC. I felt like they truly cared about the customer because they weren't a bit corporate business. I recommend everyone to give them a call to see how good their prices are. I will continue to do my business with them and will tell my family all about them!

Called Hakim for a quote for A/C & Furnace Replacement. Less than 24 hours later the job was done. Best price out there, not to mention an upgrade was needed for the job and no additional charge was added. Cannot recommend enough.

When my heating was not working, he came very quickly even though it was after hours and fixed it right away. Overall, he is very professional and a very good guy. My AC broke down labor day weekend. I called Express H and C and told them of my situation. I have Multiple Sclerosis and cannot tolerate the heat, They came within 15 minutes and gave me an estimate for a new ac unit and furnace that was way below what I had thought it would be. Within 24 hours after the first call the installation was complete!
I would recommend this company to everyone. Nice people, good work, clean up, and best of all they treated me as family.

This is the best heating cooling company I have worked with. I have used them for my rentals and my own home and they are fast and reliable with very reasonable prices. Exceptional Customer Service. I called Hakim on a Saturday morning and he was at my house 30 minutes later. I knew immediately he was knowledgeable and honest. He added Freon less expensive than anyone else. His quote for a new unit was great. He also gave me a very unexpected guarantee on the Freon. I will not use anyone else. This is the kind of service we expect but rarely get! AWESOME!!!
