Hakim, Mohamed,Dan and Ali performed a phenomenal job replacing my furnace.Sunday night I had no heat and after calling few HVAC companies that I used before and none answered my calls and messages,a friend of mine recommended Hakim who replied to my message immediately even though it was a weekend.Next day he came 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time and took photos of the existing unit .30 minutes after he left Mohammad and Dan showed and replaced the furnace.I was so worried about not having heat in my house considering that we were expecting a snow storm but Express heating and cooling went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied.I would like to thank the whole Express team for their punctuality and professionalism in this kind of era where plenty businesses rely on fast profits and not customer satisfaction.

I called Express Heating and Cooling on a Friday after my furnace was damaged by a flood. They came to check it out within 30 minutes of my call. They quoted a price much lower than the other companies I had already had to my house. I went with Express and they installed my new furnace that same day! The second floor of my home is always hot in the Summer and cold in the Winter even though the main furnace and AC unit are working fine. Hakim suggested installing a second furnace and second AC unit that would be dedicated to the second floor of my home and work in tandem with my main unit. This suggestion not only fixed my problem, but it created a more efficient HVAC system that will save reduce my energy bills in the long run. Hakim and his Team completed the install of the second units with new ductwork in 2 days. They did a fantastic job and were very professional. I would definitely recommend Express Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for HVAC work.
