I never write posts, but felt compelled after the outstanding customer service I received. My mom's furnace suddenly failed, and we were in the middle of a terrible cold front in Akron, OH. Frantically, we explored every option on the internet, to find someone that could replace her furnace quickly, and at a cost that didn't require a mortgage. We found HVAC Total Distributing on FB marketplace, and met Billy. Billy sourced us the right furnace in minutes, asking the right questions, and helping us understand our options. He understood the urgency of the situation, and had our furnace shipped out the next morning! We had it in her basement within 48 hours of our first message, and installed hours later. Billy walked us through every step, sending pictures, providing additional contacts, and educating us on how to safely and properly complete our install. We are extremely grateful for the outstanding customer service, and commitment to fair price ethics, even in the most urgent circumstances. Got nothing but good to say, Billy gave me all the info I asked for and called me back right away. Installation went great too they showed up early and didn't stop until job was completed and I have a tight dirty crawl space and it was not an issue for them I highly recommend them.

Good guys. Good prices

Our furnace went out in our rental property on Friday. And by Sunday we had a furnace to install thanks to the nice young man that drove an hour drive to meet us with the furnace. We had it installed today and it runs like a champ. Will definately be looking them up soon for an ac unit. Thank you so much! Excellent service, communication and prices!

What a great experience! We started out very skeptical and cautious, making such a large purchase on Marketplace. Noah gave us (almost) too good to be true pricing. We started digging and researching. The more we looked, the more we found about Noah and HVAC Total Distributing being legit and working hard to be a top company in the field. Noah worked with us to make sure we got the best system for us. We went ahead and made the purchase. We have had stellar communication every step of the way.
