Moody and T showed up when they said they would! They brought a lot of tools and were very thorough- checking not only the thermostat, but also the ducts, the furnace and the air conditioning unit outside. They found the problem, fixed it and cleaned the air conditioner unit, something I've avoided doing myself for several years.
Also, they were good about wearing their masks and were very polite about taking off their shoes on my light carpet. I would recommend Majestic to my friends and other people in my complex. They will be coming back for my furnace check in a few more weeks.

My wife and I are very satisfied with the professional services from Jackie, a very competent, flexible and knowledgeable professional. Not only she did her best to accommodate our busy schedule and did the repair but she was patient enough to explain every steps she took with actual data/facts so I could clearly understand the issue and the remedy. The price was reasonable but where Jackie is doing the extra mile it is with her advice. I would highly recommend her if you wish to use this heating/cooling company. Thank you Jackie!

Scheduling a furnace repair couldn't have been any easier. They were able to fit me into their schedule much soon than I expected. I am very satisfied with the service performed by the Technician Jackie. She was professional and very knowledgeable in what she was doing. I’ve used these guys since long before there was an internet. They recently installed a new furnace for us. They did a very nice job and they cleaned up when they were done.

All I had was a leak and they tried selling me s whole new unit. Told me it would be 700$ to find the leak. I got a second opinion and the guy used a wand looking tool and found it right away. My mom used mills as well they told her th compressor went bad and needed a new unit. She ALSO got a second opinion that said the compressor was fine and it was just the coil. I don't know why it's necessary to push buying an entire new unit on everyone because it's not like we've al got 2 grand laying around. Won't be going back

They're ALWAYS so reliable, and considerate of their customers needs.. sometimes I get same day service on my repairs. Their home warranty program is worth every penny

I want to comment on a great experience with one of Mills top technicians. Her name is Jackie. She is what I consider a consummate professional. She not only knows her craft, she is a customer centered, and service oriented young lady. What others couldnt solve, she could. Hats off to Mills Heating and Cooling for having a great person on staff

These guys are great! They installed a furnace for my parents about twenty years ago. I called them for a repair in Livonia. The service tech diagnosed the problem immediately. The price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

The owner is outstanding! He is not tolerant of employees who spread hateful rhetoric. I highly recommend this business for being tolerant and respectful of ALL people.

I had a great experience getting a new furnace and A/C unit installed. I had done a lot of research and Ali gave some really helpful advice on sizing and options which made me feel confident on what size and efficiency rating were right for our home. I’m really happy with the new furnace and AC unit- I was able to get an efficient modern setup with a 10 year warranty.

I am really impressed with the installation team. They did a sweet job on the duct metal work and routed the copper ac lines way better than what it was with the unit before so they were out the way. The team (Josh and 2 others) were really knowledgeable, friendly and took care of everything in an afternoon. I’m really happy with the setup and am ready for summer!
