Great experience working with Carrier sales expert Aaron. He presented us with not one but FOUR options for a new A.C. Unit one of which we were very pleased to accept.

I get it no one wants to have to call because their furnace or AC goes out but working with the Ehlers team thus far makes it painless. Paul was able to come out and almost immediately diagnose the issue and give us options. He was quick, efficient and friendly and explained things so it made sense. We had to replace our whole system and Kristian was able to come out and help us figure out the right system for us. He helped us understand what was wrong and the why behind it. You can tell he truly loves what he does and wants to explain and educate others too. It was a no nonsense, no BS, no salesman approach. It was an honest conversation and basically an educational seminar. I’m almost delusional enough to be able to do this for a living too based on how much I learned. I cannot recommend Ehlers Heating & Cooling. They truly have the expertise, experience and knowledge.

P.S. Management needs to give Paul & Kristian raises. They were fantastic and 10/10 would love to have them come back.

They came out as an emergency, very thorough and professional.

Just had very difficult times trying to reach out to him, was constantly getting ignoring and my technician still hasn't came after i waited 3 months, total ripoff and he still keeps trying to charge me, don't recommend coming here AT ALL.

They installed our everything on Christmas eve so we would have heat. They did great work and for a good price!

They came out right away I had 3 Quote's and they were farless then any of them and they did a Great job very professionally. I Highly recommend them.

Great service from these guys. Furnace went out and they walked us through exactly why it stopped running. Ended up replacing the unit same day. Installed enough to the point where it would function while some parts showed up overnight. Came in the next day and finished the job. Highly recommend!

A couple months ago, Meheu Mechanical came out to look at my pitifully old water heater. He was able to give me a couple more months of service, but it died today. They were at my house in about half an hour, and were able to get my new water heater in today. Everything was carefully explained to me, and the price was fair. I strongly recommend this company!

I first called Maheu Mechanical to take a look at my chimney cap. They expected all the gas lines and found that my newer high efficiency furnace was installed so poorly that it was not running at high efficiency. Jeff thoroughly explained how all the piping and lines should have been run and I immediately asked him to do the job of making it right. From there I hired them to install a new hot water heater and then to tackle an extremely challenging job of re-routing gas lines to a fireplace that was on a slab and not over the fireplace. This was quite a process but they made sure everything was done perfectly and even stayed long hours to make sure they got things done. They also took on another project with my fireplace that they did not have much experience with but nailed it. Jeff and Chuck do not leave until they know things are right. We joked that they were part of the family now for the time they devoted to making sure each job was done to the highest standards. These guys are amazing. They may not ever want to come back for one of my projects because this house has so many challenges but I have them on speed dial 😆

I thoroughly recommend this company.Jeff came out within a couple hours of the time I called for a appointment. My AC quit working on one of the hottest days this year. The company I used in the past called to postpone my appointment after waiting a week for them to come out .to fix it . I saw this company recommended on the Livonia Facebook site. . I will definitely keep using Mabrur Mechanical for any future repairs. Jeff was very informative and caring . My AC is old and I know it will need replacing in the future . I’ve been out of work for 15 months and couldn’t afford to replace it at this time. Jeff got it working and then took the time to call me twice after coming out to make sure it was cooling the house down. Jeff is the best

Mahue Mechanics did an excellent job replacing my furnace in Jan of 2022. Jeff was able to come right out, assess the problems and he spent a lot of time explaining what could be wrong as he uncovered multiple issues we had with our furnace. He scheduled to come back, showed up on time & was very conscientious of caring for my home as they went in & out with loads of tools/equipment & hauling the old furnace out. They cleaned as they went & left nothing behind. Our new furnace looks amazing & I could not be happier with our experience. Their customer service & genuine pride in their work scores very high! 10 out of 10!

Jeff came out and trouble-shooted our 19 MONTH old furnace, when the company that installed it, couldn't, after two tries, and left me with a mess and bailed on me. He and the electrician he works with, figured out the "why" and the "what" and even the "when" and now I have heat! So grateful for the honest work of this company! I will NOT call any other heating/mechanical business again--this one's a keeper!

I can’t say enough great things about Maheu Mechanical. I reached out with an emergency issue with my air conditioner and they were there first thing next day. My air unit was up and running within the hour and I am just SO grateful. Jeff was personable, prompt and so honest with me. He took the time to explain everything to me so that I fully understood what was wrong and my different options to fix it. He went over different cost options and made me feel so comfortable! The people that work for Maheu Mechanical are a fantastic group! The same day we called them, they were out to look at the furnace and figure out what was happening.
At no point did I ever feel like they were making me do anything. We went over the options, and they said, if I wanted, they could come out and do a repair on the furnace (our furnace was old and better off replaced).
We did go with the furnace replacement, to which I say, they were fantastic, always polite and didn't mind our dog. You can't ask for a nicer company to come out to your house!

Called Jeff out due to my furnace not heating up. He came and clicked a couple buttons on the thermostat and then it started working. Super thankful for that and he cleaned a small pipe near the burner that could cause they furnace not to heat up in the future. Bummed about paying the $125 emergency fee for a quick service, but understandable due to it being 3AM and not having heat. Thank you!

My father in law has been living in dangerous conditions with his furnace. Jeff immediately came out and temporarily put in a new one so he had heat safely until the rest of the equipment came in to finish the job.
