I just had an amazing experience with Ehlers. I have been a customer since 2005, taking advantage of their annual Membership which provides spring and fall maintenance tune-ups, priority service and discounts. Over the last 20 years they have always been helpful and reliable. This week my aging furnace shut down and it took just one early morning call for Ehlers’ Service Manager Matt to make me a priority. Within a few hours their technician Jesse had diagnosed the problem, gotten the furnace running with a temporary fix and provided a quote for repair that day. Ehlers also sent sales representative Collen who provided thorough information on functionality, warranties and pricing on several new furnace options. They made my choices clear and early the next morning installers Ethan and Brandon were installing a new furnace completed within a few hours. Because of Ehlers commitment to their customers, this process couldn’t have been easier, I had heat while awaiting installation, the installers were neat and organized and the price was more affordable than I expected. Each of the representatives, Jesse, Collen, Ethan and Brandon, were professional, knowledgeable, timely and a pleasure to have in my home. Matt coordinated everything to make sure the process was smooth and quick and together they all made me comfortable during a stressful time. I can’t recommend Ehlers enough and trust me, their Membership is money well spent.

For our tankless water heater; just installed yesterday but so far so good. We are very pleased. Company response to initial call could have been quicker. We called on Saturday and we did not hear from them until Monday, but after that it was very quick to get the work started. The staff we interacted with were absolutely great. Thank you.

If I could give Ehlers Heating & Air Conditioning 10 stars I would! The service was beyond excellent. Each technician was thorough and professional and I finally have a new and great working unit. Excellent job! Brandon, Devon, Ethan and Christian all performed excellent work and I am very happy with everything.

Lavian Mayes came out on time as well as a call ahead of time with an eta, was very polite and did a great job. All around great experience.

The technician was diligent in his approach and worked towards identifying the root cause. He ensured we did not have to waste money on unnecessary changes.

I cannot speak more highly of the Ehlers Team. Every technician we had was friendly and knowledgeable. Our sales rep Kristian was fantastic and made sure he took care of us while our AC was out during a heat wave. The team was thorough and pricing was extremely reasonable. The quality of work AND personable service will keep us coming back to Ehlers. Would recommend to anyone.

Elders has become my go-to company. They are great at keeping you up to date on your appointment. Technician Charlie went above and beyond to explain everything and did a thorough job inspecting the furnace. Highly recommend.

Lavian came out to repair a leaky humidifier line and for the routine annual furnace checkup. He was a pleasure to work with. He explained things very well and answered my questions clearly. He also pointed out things I can do to help keep the system running smoothly. Ehlers will continue to be my go-to for heating & cooling.

These guys are just great. Quality work done by techs who care and are highly professional (always with the booties inside the house!), and the office knows what's going on and is efficient and great to deal with as well. They're always my first call.

Paul was kind and patient in explaining some of the inner workings of furnaces, quite interesting actually. And prompt, very fair on price, and quality service.

I had Ehlers out in May to get my furnace up and running. I was told it was a control board issue and would be ~$700 to replace. Given the time of year, I did not need heat and eventually replaced the control board myself. Unfortunately that did not fix the issue.

I called another HVAC company and they had my furnace up and running in less than 5 minutes.

In summary, I was charged $99 for a misdiagnosed issue plus replacing a part that did not need to be replaced.

Very pleased with their service, came out to do a check up, which was extremely low priced, spent well over an hour, and were very professional and thorough.

Furnace shut down. Getting colder by the hour . Called Ehlers and tech was there within the hour. Problem diagnosed quickly. Part was ordered and installed within the hour. Very happy with service and expertise of tech,Paul.

Very courteous and knowledgeable technician. I would want him next time. Answered questions outside of the scope of the service performed. Thoroughly explained his recommendations, work and what I needed to do going forward.

We couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism, expertise and dedication of the heating and cooling installation team, Steve & Brandon. The job was in a difficult garage attic space on a very warm, humid, uncomfortable day. From the moment of arrival they demonstrated an understanding of the job and a serious commitment to do it right. Their workspace was organized and clean throughout and they were very respectful of our home. Steve, as Lead Electrician, truly stood out with his attention to detail. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. Both Steve and Brandon went above and beyond. This team combined technical skill with exceptional customer service. And they still had a smile on their face at the end of the day. Oh! And not to forget --- the staff behind the scenes who so patiently schedules, works to accommodate our needs as well as answer questions. Absolutely I recommend Ehlers Heating & Cooling.

Excellent service response for my furnace. The heat would not come on Charly identify the problem knew exactly knew what to look for and had to order the part. Got the furnace up and running for a few days and then install the new part.

Charly was a very thorough and checking out the furnace and I would recommend Ehlers for your service work
