Was looking to get my furnace done so was able to get scheduled in a timely manner which turned out with great fast service - very pleased with the professionalism! Highly recommended!

The furnace in our new home wasn’t turning on at 7am on a Saturday morning. My wife woke me up on my day to sleep in holding our newborn. My first thought was who’s going to answer on a Saturday morning. Second, if I need a part, there’s a slim chance we could get one on the weekend. It’s 26 degrees outside and our house was getting cooler by the minute. After calling around metro Detroit we found Jonathan. He had great reviews and that helped us make our decision. Jonathan walked me step by step through the troubleshooting processes and we isolated the issue. Our heat was back on in 15mins and Jonathan ordered the parts we needed so it would not happen again. Customers for life!

I was having issues with my sinuses and felt that the air in the house was dry. I called Target Air, who arrived on time, very professional and diagnosed the problem immediately, by changing the evaporating pad. They also, took the time to show me the problem and taught me how to change the pad on my own. (are you kidding me! No one, these days, provides this level of service) Within the hour, for the first time in months, my sinus pressure was GONE!!!! Thank you so much John. I highly recommend this company!!!

The owner Jon installed a humidifier at my home. For many years, the air in our house was very dry. This humidifier has helped me to sleep better, and now my skin does not feel dry at all. Thank you for the professional humidifier installation. When I need my heating or cooling system serviced in the future, I will call Target Air.

As of today, I have had three very good service calls with Target Air HVAC: ac install (w/duct work replacement), humidifier install, and recent work: replacement of gas valve (inside the furnace) and gas shutoff valve. My furnace was previously installed by a different company two years ago. The recent work was needed due to my not getting heat...only felt cold air when the setting was for heat. After removing the part that needed replacing, Target Air returned with the replacement part and explained there was no cost for the replacement part because he learned it was under warranty. What consideration in finding that out, then explaining that to me! Adding "honesty" to my customer experience! How refreshing to find a company that's skillful, and one you can trust. Great work...getting heat now! I would most certainly recommend this company!

I had a particular request and Jonathan was kind not only to deliver what I asked but also was patient and nice to tolerate my extra attention and reminders lol on top of being a good human being, Jonathan was able to give us some legit advice and knows what he's doing.
