My furnace was not working after power was restored from the recent ice storm power outage. I called Target Air HVAC for service and Jonathan came the same day and got my furnace working again! Target Air HVAC, employees were very professional from the very beginning of contacting them. They respected my time and house. The price for HVAC replacement and heating system repair was very reasonable. They answered any questions I had during and after the job was completed. My satisfaction were always answered. I was very pleased with their conduct and service.

The company was attentive and listened well to my concerns. They followed up , and Johnathan went the extra mile to purchase a air vonditiomer pump and return within minutes to install it. I received no less than five quotes from various HVAC companies. Not only was Target’s estimate the most economical, I was able to actually choose the equipment I wanted installed.
The guys from Target HVAC were courteous, friendly, and thorough. They cleaned up after themselves and they did a fantastic job installing our furnace. Our new furnace is not only one of the best available it was installed correctly and has an excellent parts and labor warranty.

Wonderful experience with Jonathan. Our AC was not working. I called and he was able to come the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem (which coincided with the research into the problem that I had already done) and was able to go and pick up the part I needed and install it well before lunch time. We were able to close all the windows and get back to a comfortable temperature very quickly. Johnathon and his assistant Logan were both very professional and informative. I just wanted to thank you for the great service from your employee yesterday. He came out last week on one of those sub zero freezing days because of a loud noise coming from my furnace. He quickly figured out the problem and told me he would order the part and let me know when it comes in so he could get it repaired. He was very polite, friendly, knowledgable and cleaned up afterwards. My furnace is now working great. I really appreciate it. Some of the people that come out from other companies are not like that. He did a great job! The noise is gone from my furnace and I'm not worried about it breaking down anymore. The company followed up with me twice- once to let me know that the part was in and that they would be coming out that day and once afterwards. I definitely recommend them!

Our 42 year old steam boiler died a few weeks ago and two days after our first contact, Target Air was able to start work (we got quotes from 3 other companies and Target Air was the best and lowest). Because we didn't have heat it was very much appreciated that they went above and beyond to make sure we had it before the weekend, even if it meant them working late. I'll recommend this Target Air to all of my friends and neighbors, these guys are amazing.

Target Air HVAC Came out to service my humidifier today. And all I can say is the service was outstanding. They were on time, professional and they took the time to explain the work that they did in order for me to properly have the utilization of my humidifier that the initial person did not install properly. Target Air HVAC did an amazing job! Jonathan came out looked at my furnace and immediately was able to diagnose the problem. He sent me a quote and within 2 days my furnace was completely repaired and working efficiently. The prices were fair and they accept different payment types. I am bummed. I picked this place to do all the energy upgrades and whole new HVAC on my home back in early August and they were supposed to help get me through some of the rebates that Michigan is offering. They dropped the ball completely, went incommunicado, then after a month of ignoring my requests for an update, tell me to just go find another contractor because there is a new guy running the office and thats what he is telling everyone in my boat. This is all after telling me they are basically ready to proceed six weeks ago.

It takes a long time to follow these state programs and now there's no way I will be able to take advantage of expiring tax credits. Their mismanagement has cost me thousands.

I have no feedback on the quality of their installation. But they screwed me on this completely. What an organizational disaster

We recently purchased a home on Pine Island and called Target AC to check out the system for us to make sure it is in proper working order. Aaron and Jayden showed up and were extremely helpful and informative about the entire workings of the unit. They told us that the unit is older but in fine working condition. They never once tried to get us to buy something we didn’t need. We felt like they were taking good care of us and we look forward to telling friends and neighbors about their professionalism and great quality of work!

Target Air HVAC is the most personal and professional company that I have encountered. They truly put Love and Skill into the work they do. I called them at the end of the day on Friday and told them that my furnace was down. They assessed my system but couldn't get the part until Saturday morning and bright & early Saturday morning they took care of me. I am truly grateful for Target Air. They made me a priority and took care of me like I was family. Thank you Target Air.
