Jake, the technician was very nice, knowledgeable and thorough. He called me when he was on his way to let me know his expected arrival time. He explained everything to me as he worked, and answered all my questions. 911 Mechanical has always provided quality service and they will be back in the spring to check my air conditioner. I highly recommend them!!

We experienced a natural gas leak over the weekend. Aric showed up promptly and was diligent in his process of identifying the problems and completing the repairs so that we could have our gas turned back on safely and get back to normal. The service was 💯 affordable and Aric was pleasant, personable and efficient! Kudos to the company for having a knowledgeable and customer service friendly representative! I would absolutely recommend Aric and the company for services in your home.

Your technician {Aric} was very professional and proficient but he was also personable. We spoke during the hour plus he was here, and he seemed to be a really good person as well. That combination of an employee who works with the public is essential and appreciated.

Repeat customer because they are always honest and work with the customer. Aric and Jake were prompt, efficient, courteous and left with the job site clean and me feeling well informed of the work they conducted. They even managed to fix some minor outstanding issues with the connecting gas and waterlines (straightening them out). Will definitely be calling on them again in the future!

Edward is almost always the 921 representative that comes to my house. I appreciate this. He knows me, he ruffles my dog’s ears or inquires if she is not right there with me at the door. Michael Irla stopped by and was incredibly helpful! He found valves that needed to be turned off for the winter ( something a previous company completely overlooked). What a great company. I had another company that said I needed a new furnace but I called 911 mechanical and Aric came out and had me up and running in 2-3 hours for a small charge. He went out of his way to explain my furnace
and the humidifier system on it. Highly recommend them! Ask for Aric, he knows his stuff.

Joe did a great job installing a furnace for us. He worked hard to finish the install in a timely manner. He and his partner explained how they were repairing an issue they encountered with the old furnace. So very pleased with their service!

They did a great job! Very professional, the 2 installers worked very well together, they were polite and helpful. They answered all my questions. After they left my cat did a full inspection inside and outside and had no complaints. I couldn't be happier with the results and can't imagine it being done any faster. Again, they worked very well together, they were a great team. I already thanked them but please thank them again for me. My Mom's neighbor had a simple replacement of her unit from a competitor and paid more than I did for a first time complete installation! With a humidifier.
