This is not our first experience with 911 Mechanical. We have used them a couple of times in the past and it’s always been a good experience. They’ve always treated us with respect and followed through on any promises. Today we had to get a new water heater installed and the guys did a great job. They showed up at the time promised and as always, were friendly and professional and got the job done in a timely fashion and I would use their services again in the future for my other home needs.

I have an older furnace and was very concerned about it's health so I called 911 Mechanical to set up a cleaning & check up. Jacob was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable about my furnace. He also took the time to explain components, operation and feedback on air make up, CO2, etc. (I had a lot of questions!). Great service and peace of mind for me !

I had a new boiler installed approximately nine years ago. In 2024 started having problems with the boiler not staying lit. The original Installation company sent out 3 different service techs But never did get it to work properly. When I reached out to Costco they had me talk with 911 Mechanical, And oh my gosh it was absolutely perfect. I had had it with the old boiler so much, I was ready to have a new one installed. Vince suggested, that gave me the option to try and repair it before replacing the entire boiler. Some parts were still under factory warranty. BONUS!! Chris came out and took a look at the furnace, stroked his beard dug in his tool bag and had it working within about 25 minutes. Chris came back a few days later after he had ordered the parts. Got them installed, now it is good to go for a very long time. If you have problem these guys have the solution.

Mike and his assistant Paul did a fantastic job. They we on time and very knowledgeable to what it took to do the job. They were a pleasure to work with they were very professional. They did a great job also cleaning up after the job was done. If I need anymore work done I would definitely ask for Mike and Paul again. Thank You

Trevor was absolutely fantastic, especially on the coldest day of the year! He notified me when he was an hour out, arrived right on time, and was professional from start to finish. He took the time to educate me as he troubleshooted, explained what was going on in a clear and approachable way, and fixed the issue quickly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10/10 would recommend Trevor to anyone needing furnace repair.

My service call was great. Spent the Sunday night with no heat, called in the am, they were here by 1. Great scheduling, great communication till Trevor got here, and fantastic service. He let me bug him with all my questions and answered them all with great info. I am a well informed VIP service customer now as I signed up to only have them take care of all my needs. Our 911 Mechanical technician, Chris, was outstanding. Our furnace shut down last weekend, and an error code indicated there was a problem with our blower. Chris determined that the blower motor had to be replaced.

He also noticed that our collection box, which collects moisture that forms inside the furnace, was dripping and should be replaced.

Another contractor told us during last Fall’s inspection that we should replace our heat exchanger and clean our blower wheel. They would have charged $4,500 for those services. That contractor also tried to caulk around our collection box rather than replace it (when it was still under warranty).

Chris told me that the heat exchanger was working fine, and that it was still under warranty if it failed. That part has a longer warranty than other parts. He also said the blower wheel also was fine.

911 Mechanical’s cost for the blower motor and collection box was $1,524 installed. While costly, it was $3,000 less than the previous contractor would’ve charged to fix something that wasn’t broken..

Chris installed the new parts today, one day after diagnosis. He inspected our furnace and cleaned up thoroughly. We’re very pleased with the job done.

Our experience with 911 Mechanical was very satisfactory, all around. Vince came to provide an estimate at the time scheduled and emailed 3 different options the next morning. We appreciated that each option was clearly detailed and priced.

We were able to schedule an install of a new furnace the following week. Since our old furnace was inoperable, it was important to set something up relatively quickly.

Jim and Christian arrived a bit later than scheduled, but offered a brief explanation and did, in fact, come on the designated afternoon. (I was afraid they would be calling to reschedule and so happy that was not the case!) They took great care to keep our home clean and to transport materials to the basement in a careful manner. Both were quiet, professional and appeared happy to answer our questions. It seemed that the job took longer than they originally anticipated, but we appreciated that they stayed until the job was fully complete (around 7:30 pm) and at no point did we feel they were rushing to leave. With such a costly and critical purchase, we valued their care and thoroughness.

The new furnace looks great and all components seem well-connected and cohesive as a unit. The new thermostat was easy to program. Everything was neat and clean when they departed and no unexpected fees/costs were assessed. Thank you for a seamless and highly positive experience!

Our air conditioning quit working a couple of days ago. Ford came out and checked the unit and gave me a quote. He replaced the condenser and coils, and we upgraded our thermostat. Timely service, the price was very reasonable (we paid the same a few years ago just for the condenser!). VERY highly satisfied.

Ford was awesome. Super knowledgeable and was quick to figure out why my AC wasn't working and kept cycling. I definitely recommend Ford and Aircon to anyone local.

Ford was our night in shining armor. When our AC stopped cooling the house on the hottest day of the season, Ford came by within a matter of minutes and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was thorough, took the time to explain the situation and our options, and got us back up and running in no time!

So of course our air conditioner system would stop working on the hottest day of the year as well as a holiday!!! Could anything be worse as a homeowner?? He came right out to our house and fixed the problem. He showed us the broken culprit and explained what had happened. He was very kind and respectful and made sure that the system was working prior to leaving. We are so thankful to Ford for coming out to fix our system. Ford was amazing!! He is very patient and knowledgable. I had a problem with my furnace right before the frigid cold temps came. He came out to my house during the middle of his family party so i wouldnt go without heat. He came out and the furnace worked fine. He left and no sooner did he get ready to pull out, the furnace acted up again and he came back in and everything worked fine again. So i decided to get a new furnace because i knew it was going to become a bigger issue and i didnt want to be without heat. He installed it the next day on a sunday without hesitation. He made my install a priority so it wouldnt turn into an emergency situation.
