I was contacted by Randazzo for a maintenance check on my furnace that they installed. The service technician, Daniel Meyers, was professional & friendly. I had a few questions concerning my vents and he patiently answered them.
He completed the maintenance and was kind enough to changed my furnace filter I already had.
Overall, I didn’t expect a service call from Randazzo but it was much appreciated. Thank you 😊

Matt Consiglio came to my home to do my yearly maintenance check up on my furnace, air conditioner and water heater. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about his work. He explained everything thing that he was doing and gave me some very helpful tips and suggestions about the care of my products.

Very professional and courteous, Jacob was very friendly. We got the Furnace and AC last year and they came out and did a yearly maintenance, fantastic company would definitely suggest for people looking at Furnace and ac repairs and/or replacement

I have had my furnace since 2021 it’s been 5 years still works very well. Randazzo has been very kind, they actually called me to remind me about my free Maintenance and scheduled everything. They did not have to do that. So I appreciate the fact I did not have make calls or fuss about getting a service. Tyler was very nice took care of everything on my last visit.

I enjoyed having Aaron go over the work that needed to be done. He is extremely respectful and considerate. He explained all the work easily, didn't use technical language that I might not have understood.

Julian was wonderful to work with. He represents your company very well. He communicated what he did and explained what he found. I had him replace both the furnace and humidifier filters.

The entire Randazzo team is great!! Randazzo just completed the third installation for me. The salesperson, Devin K. was great. He provided a good, fair proposal to heat my garage. To add to the experience, Randazzo sent very qualified technicians who worked tirelessly to complete the job. They were efficient, neat and very polite, not to forget, very competent. Kudos to Jeremy K, and Jeff M. for doing such a good job!!! Would I use Randazzo again?? You bet I would.

I scheduled my annual routine furnace system check by Randazzo Heating & Cooling today. Tyler Lieb was my furnace technician & I will say Tyler performed his duties very professionally. He showed up on-time and was extremely friendly & knowledgeable. I would recommend Randazzo to anyone looking to upgrade home heating and/or A/C systems.

Charles Roeglin was professional expert to check and maintenance of my recently purchased furnace. He answered all questions and also provided the detailed report after inspection. He reached out on his way to my home and was on time. I am happy with his work and would recommend.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Randazzo! From the quoting process to financing a new 2-ton AC unit, and through to the installation, every step was handled with professionalism and care.

During installation, the techs discovered asbestos insulation on a pipe beneath the furnace. This unexpected issue required coordination with an abatement team and led to three separate visits to my home. Despite the challenges, the installation team was patient, flexible, and incredibly professional throughout. The installation manager went above and beyond, staying in close communication with the environmental company to ensure the removal was handled safely and successfully.

A special thank-you to Joseph and his helper for their outstanding work—you both truly rock! I’m thrilled to finally have AC in my home, along with a flawlessly installed digital thermostat. New furnace installed last year. I’m very happy with it. Price was reasonable. Installation was great. I just had my annual heating maintenance. The technician was excellent! (Isaiah C.) He went above and beyond. He ever so patiently reviewed everything with me again, care and maintenance the homeowner should do, controlling the thermostat, etc. and was able to diagnose a separate issue I had. Top notch service!

From the very first phone call was a great experience. I called on a Wednesday, sales technician was out that same day ( Carlo) who was very friendly, and knowledgeable.
I had couple other companies come out for estimates and called Carlo back. He came out next day and measured everything and I had my furnace and AC hooked up 2 days later. The installation team Justin and Jibran were awesome. Both were very kind, clean and friendly. Went over everything with us.
