I cant give a high enough rating for this company. They are truly good people. My husband and I were desperately calling around and no one else was available on a Sunday afternoon. It was 90 degrees in our home, with our 5 month old son and 3 cats. We had to leave our son with my parents for his safety and it was all very stressful. I cannot thank these people enough for coming to our aid at such short notice and for giving us a more than fair price on the repair of our air conditioner. It is working much better now. Thank you both so so much.

Askar's service department quickly took care of my furnace issue. The service guy was very friendly, explained the issue he found and replaced the part. I'll definitely call them again if I have a furnace or AC issue.

Alex called to inform me that he could arrive early if it wasn't an issue. Alex arrived early and performed the maintenance and diagnostic testing in such a professional manner, I was indeed impressed. Additionally, he filled out the consumer rebate form, and remembered to deduct for a military discount. He spoke well of the company and it's owner (a definite plus-How an employer treats its employees says a lot about the company) From the initial conversation scheduling this maintenance a week ago, the fee surpasses the competition and I now trust Askar with my HVAC needs. The owner's son and daughter both spoke with my wife and I, further letting me know this company will be there for their clients without price gouging. Excellent work! Excellent products! The technicians are certified and very professional. They were able to deliver and install my new hot water heater within a few hours.

Dominic was our service technician and was absolutely great. Friendly and very knowledgeable. He came out evaluated our issue with the furnace and had it working in less then 1 hour. Highly recommeneed!!!!

Matt was very friendly, efficient and respectful! He accessed the problem with my hot water tank and replaced it quickly. He was very approachable and very knowledgeable! I am very pleased and impressed with this repair and replacement process ! Matt was Faddi were excellent!

Sean was great. He was understanding when I couldn’t answer the phone and contacted my brother instead. They were very quick to come out and fix our heater, which was a lifesaver in this cold weather. Highly recommend!

I woke up with a dead furnace. My furnace was giving the guy a hard time, then the owner came out. Together they got it fixed and now I have heat. I cannot say enough good things about these gentlemen. Very kind, very caring and knowledgeable. And yes I highly recommend them!

I would give 4.5 stars of that was possible. I had to do some comparison shipping then go back and forth with the different companies. Ended up with a very good price for a full install of a new HVAC system. Installers were great. Very detailed and knowledgeable.

It was a pleasure to met Sam today, he courteous and professional. He arrived in the early portion of indicated time window and checked and cleaned our furnace in a complete and timely manner…..thank you Sam!

Had HVAC installed 12/24 by Randazzo. Sales, installation, technicians and customer service all top-notch. Isaiah did my annual check-up and he was also excellent. Randazzo is solid. Highly recommend.

I’ve struggled whether or not to post this review, but after some research, and finding out that the Randazzo family does not own this anymore, I’m not hesitant at all. This is long, so hold on. I’m incredibly upset at the quote and interaction my mom had with them. Here’s why:

My dad passed away about 3 years ago. They had a generator installed back in 2014-ish, by Randazzo’s as best as we can tell. Dad took good care of the house and the generator until about a year prior to his passing when he was struggling with some health issues. Us kids all chip in to help, but the generator sort of slipped our minds cause it was reliable and worked great. A few months ago it quit doing its normal cycle, and we realized probably needed some service.

Mom had a card for Randazzo’s attached to some documentation for the generator and called them out. It was ~100 for them just to come out and evaluate the unit. No service, just to evaluate. My mom is an incredibly trusting person, and so when they handed her a quote for $3300 !!!! (yes, you read that right, and the technician also mentioned it was getting close to time to replace it, and the could give her some good end of year deals 🙄🙄🙄) she told them to go ahead with the service quote. I’m extremely thankful they couldn’t do it that day, and that she called me. I had her waive off the service, to get a second opinion.

Shame on you Randazzos. Straight cash grab, taking advantage of a 80 year old woman who knows little about these things because her husband used to handle these things for her.

Massive shout-out to Osburn services, who came out and got her running for $423, which included a battery change, oil and filter and sparks. Generator is back to running like a champion now.

I won’t comment on the quality of their work, since we didn’t have any work done, but I certainly won’t be recommending them or sending any work their way, not when they apparently are accustomed to taking advantage of customers in this way. Shame on you.

Don Bell performed a maintenance inspection on our furnace. He was very thorough, took his time, explained everything in an understandable way and was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this company. I was able to receive service quickly after booking an appointment. A previous technician from another company had recently come out and was unable to solve the problem whereas Kyle, from your company quickly diagnosed and repaired my furnace restoring heat to my home. I highly recommend install with Randazzo. Every single person that I have been in contact with has been very professional and very kind. The techs that came and did my install (Riley and Joseph) were very knowledgeable and friendly. They do amazing work!

Tony was very informative. Explained everything thoroughly and made me aware about a water filter didn't know anything about during installation. It was a pleasure meeting with him.

I had a general furnace maintenance check up and new basic thermostat installed. Jacob was on time and very good! He showed me how the new thermostat worked and I will have Randazzo back in the Spring to install a new ☀️ ac unit✨️

We had a bit of a rocky start with our split unit installation, as the initial crew didn’t quite meet expectations. Thankfully, Brian—the manager on the job—worked quickly to find a solution (and was equally amazing and professional throughout). That’s when Alex, Jamie and Jeremy stepped in and completely turned things around. They came all the way from Macomb—outside of their usual area—to personally take the lead on our project. From that point forward, everything went exactly as we had hoped based on the original quote.

Alex and his team did an incredible job. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication truly stood out. Everyone we worked with was fantastic. We’re so grateful Alex took the reins and delivered top-notch work. Highly recommend!

Dan from Randazzo’s was excellent! He showed up on time he took care to clean up behind himself. He was respectful of covering his shoes for my carpet and even taught me a few things about my system for me to help maintain it until the next check up! I will definitely request him for my next check up.
